A 1km tarmac cycle circuit that's floodlit and fenced. Book via Xcite Linlithgow
Linlithgow Community Development Trust, a community-led charity, has delivered a 1km floodlit cycle circuit in Linlithgow, for all to enjoy. This will give everyone in West Lothian and beyond an opportunity to access a safe, traffic free cycling environment. It will include;
- Training, coaching and racing for clubs all over the UK
- Traffic free cycling - fun outdoor exercise for the whole commu

The rescheduled Scottish open and junior champs will take place on 27th September and also include a 4th cat support race

The rescheduled Scottish National Circuit Championships for our Senior and Junior Open riders will take place on Sunday 27 September.
We'll have more details and entries re-opening in the coming days.

Great to see time trials on the circuit . Well done all!
We’ve got a new format for the 7.00am Russian Steps on a Tuesday morning.
Rather than the old spiky efforts with short rests, we now have a more gradual build up of effort, based on the Glasgow Velodrome Steps session. In the new format you get the same amount of rest as effort which is much more manageable
Format:
1 lap on 1 lap off
2 laps on 2 laps off
3 laps on 3 laps off
4 laps on 4 laps off
5 laps on 5 laps off
6 laps on 6 laps off
7 laps in 7 laps off
Back down to 3 laps on 3 laps off
Then 4 hard laps and a sprint to finish
If you are feeling strong you can take a lap on the 5, 6 and 7 laps
We use loop 3 which is about 300 meters long and takes about 30 seconds, no corners so you can concentrate on your effort.
The front rider changes every lap.
Why not give it a go? We think this new format is much steadier and agreeable to more riders
Time: 7.00am-8.00am

Wow! we can't believe it's the last in the series of our 5 coach led TT sessions at the West Lothian Cycle Circuit
It's a closed road, no traffic and zero pot holes on the super grippy surface.
We're using timing chips and run a coaching session before you ride a TT, so each session will include a short coaching drill before you ride.
And the best thing? We have 3 distances to try: 4 laps, 8 laps or 16 laps
And the even better better thing? We always have a raffle afterwards!
