we just wanted to take a second to focus on the importance of looking after your mental health, with the upcoming World Mental Health Day on the 10th of October 🧠

we hope that by joining you have a chance to make friends, find a safe & supportive community and take some time to focus and prioritise yourself xx

our hope is that by December we will have a group of ✨hot girls✨ ready to run the Santa Dash together & fundraise for Refugee Women Connect
