Due to our Children’s Disco for Children’s Mental Health Week, the gym will be open to the public 7am–4pm this Monday (9th Feb).
Please note: there will be no classes on this evening only.

From 4.15pm–6.15pm, come and join us with your children for lots of fun! 🎉
