If you haven’t tried spin before then we suggest coming to class 15 minutes early.

We have spin shoes available to hire from our studio.

Please let our instructor know that it’s your first class and they will be able to set the bike up for you and help you get on and ready for the class.

If you’re new to Rise then it’s worth checking which studio your class is based in.

We have two studios that are 5 minutes away from eachother.

Our Smithdown Road studio is home to our Trilogy and Spin classes. Our Yoga and Pilates is in our studio on Church Road, just off Allerton Road.

Reformer Pilates is the best class if you want really work your b***y! 🍑

It’s low intensity but it really works your glutes whilst still toning all other muscle groups including your deep inner core 🔥

How To Book📱

If it’s your first time booking a class at Rise, the best and easiest way to do so is by downloading our Rise Fitness Studios App.

You can create an account and book, change or cancel classes easily via the app.

If you book onto a class and you can’t attend then all you need to do is cancel the class via the app and rebook on another day and time that suits you 📲

Reform & Refine💪

The Pilates exercises we practice on the reformer machine use resistance to induce muscular contraction.

By stretching the muscle, the muscle fibers lengthen and re-align which is an amazing way to shape the body, giving you a tighter and leaner physique🤩
