After a 2 year absence due to the pandemic, we have finally resumed our Chen-style spear workshop and have completed the whole spear form! Thank you to everyone who took part, and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon!

Up early at 5am this morning and still unable to contain my excitement from last night's football result ! Yesterday was a special day to remember.Firstly,according to Chinese Lunar Calender it was the traditonal Dragon Boat Festival.Secondly,Liverpool were crowned Premier League Champions for the first time,ending 30 years of hurt and near-misses after multiple second-place finishes.Today, I am gonna to share with you one of my favourite songs(not We Are The Champions! )
