Last week I told someone "I am really happy being me". She said "Wow, and how many people can say that about themselves?"

The truth is - not as many people as I would like are happy being them, and this is the passion that drives me forwards each day, teaching new students to go out there and do it for themselves and to help others to do that too. It is also why I still welcome 1:1 clients as I have done for 30 years now.

During this presentation you will be invited to experiment, to step out of wherever you think you are, and join me in this state for a change. Let go of thought and have a direct, personal experience of the observer viewpoint that is essential for personal growth and professional development.

Increasingly, over the last few years, I have introduced my students to this experience and encouraged them to cultivate it for themselves. More recently, this has been extended to clients too. It took me years to learn how to step out of thinking, trust the process and allow it to develop naturally, but it can take you minutes to initiate and a lifetime to enjoy.

All I ask is that you come with a curious and open mind and bring a sense of humour with you.

Graduation Day for my Hypnosis Trainers!

Five wonderful days in trance, learning the art of teaching Hypnosis, right on the back of 18 days learning how to teach NLP. With a mind spa to finish!

I set a high bar for my graduates, and they leave these trainings knowing that they know their stuff, and that they were capable of far more than they thought when they arrived. Now they are at Day 1, and I applaud their tenacity, skill and flexibility, as they embark on their journey as some of the finest teachers in the UK.

From now on, I will be planting one Rhizophora mucronata in Madagascar for every student. Growing the future together!

My aim is in assisting in restoring Madagascar’s mangroves and upland forests through large-scale reforestation efforts. This initiative addresses habitat loss, improves biodiversity, and helps combat climate change by restoring these critical ecosystems.

I am extremely proud of my new NLP Trainers, freshly hatched and learning how to fly. 18 extremely challenging days, consistently being held to account and being at cause for all they create, while also learning the art and science of teaching the skills of NLP to their future students.

The very highest bar was set on the last day, with superb demos of their finest skills. Now they have reached the beginning, and the rest is on them. I wish everyone the greatest success and look forward to learning of their accomplishments in the future as they implement their plans.
