Facts about the route:
📏 Length: 3.16km / 1.96 Miles
🌲 Terrain: Mostly pavement
🏔️ Incline: Mostly flat with slight inclines
♿️ Disabled Toilet facilities around the park (check opening times) and disabled parking at Aigburth Lane (few disabled parking spaces)
☕️ Wheelchair accessible cafés around the park and not far from Lark Lane where lots of restaurants and bars (would need to research where is accessible)

Our opinion:
We think that this route is picturesque and definitely worth a visit. It also is very flexible, you can make it longer and shorter. However just bare in mind some areas of the park have steep steps and stepping stones making access challenging. There are various of routes that can be taken which start and end at different points. We parked at the Aigburth Drive car park which has a few disabled spaces. We suggest that you research a starting and end point which match your needs however.

📏 Length: 10km (16 Miles)
🌲 Terrain: Loose stones throughout
🏔️ Incline: Extremely steep inclines in parts.
⭐ RoveAbility Rating: "For Few" Equipment Suggested
(This depends on your level of mobility and equipment being used).

There is an optional visit to Friar's Crag too.

Our opinion:
We think that this route is really pretty and definitely worth a visit however, the route has many different obstacles including road crossing, fence climbs and steep areas. There are also sections which are completely flat. We suggest that you research a starting and end point which match your needs.

🌲 Terrain: concrete with stones & standard concrete
🏔️ Incline: The route is mostly flat
⭐ RoveAbility Rating: "For Most" (This depends on your level of mobility and equipment).

Our opinion:
We believe this place is definitely worth a visit. The views are fantastic and the route is not too difficult. We think that the route would be good for a person just getting into hiking at a slightly higher level.

Accessible Hike Reviews: Loggerheads Country Park

Is the country park really accessible? Today we’re giving it a full RoveAbility rating to help you decide if it’s the right hike for you!

Facts about the route:
📏 Length: between 0.5 miles and 17.07 miles depending on how far you take it
🌲 Terrain: concrete with stones. Not the easiest but not deep so doable for me.
🏔️ Incline: The route itself is mostly flat, however the cafe and amenities (toilets etc) are down a really steep hill which we struggled with greatly
⭐ RoveAbility Rating: "For Many" (This depends on your level of mobility and equipment).

Our opinion:
We believe this park is definitely worth a visit. The views are fantastic and the route is not too difficult if you can avoid the single steep hill. Also, there are two car parks. One is on level with the route, the other is at the bottom of a substantial hill to the beginning of the route. We reccomend you take this into account when parking.
