💃 Zumba this week! 💃

Usual two classes this week — although there’s a little change for Tarbert!

📍 Monday – Cadet Hall, Lochgilphead
⏰ 6.30pm

📍 Wednesday – Tarbert Village Hall
⏰ 5.45pm

As mentioned, we’re moving the Tarbert class to the Village Hall, and for the next couple of weeks, due to the roadworks, we’ll have the earlier 5.45pm start and a slightly shorter 45-minute class.

New venue, same Zumba, same fun! 😂💃

So if your routine is calling, you know what to do… get yourself back on the dance floor! ❤️

Exactly this 💕💃

Zumba is so much more than just dancing 🕺🏾

I remember the period I was away from Zumba and the void I had felt in my heart! So many of us don’t live our lives, we let life rule us! 🥹
I got so infused in the pursuit of monetary things that I forgot about the thing that made me happy which was dancing 🕺🏾
Life goes by fast but in that one hour of Zumba it’s like the time freezes and you finally stop putting yourself last and make your happiness a priority ❤️

That’s why I could care less how good any of my students ever do the choreo, I always say “Make up your own if you want” 🕺🏾🕺🏾
Because what matters to me is the smiles on the faces and for a person that goes through life feeling like an NPC (non player character) to feel seen and be the star in their movie & life! ❤️❤️

So no it’s not just another dance class and if you follow and stick around, you’ll learn just for yourself that you belong with this family 😉😉

Bought these cargo pants 17 years ago when I first started Zumba because I loved them so much. 😂

Sadly, they never did fit quite right, but unlike pretty much everything else I own, I didn’t sell them! 😂

Fast forward 17 years and they not only fit… there’s actually loads of room AND they stayed up! 🙌😂

Proof that sometimes it pays to hang on to things! And a little reminder that progress doesn’t always happen overnight…

Feeling pretty good tonight! ❤️

💔 No Zumba tonight

I’m sorry, but there won’t be a Zumba class tonight. I’m still feeling really sad after losing Toma and just need a little more time. ❤️

Thank you all for your understanding and for the lovely messages and support over the last few days. It really does mean so much. 🐾💔

Hopefully I’ll see some of you on Wednesday. ❤️
