An extraordinary opportunity to spend time with Alex Honnold and Tommy Caldwell has given me a fascinating insight into how these guys prepare mentally and physically for their adventures.
Looking forward to watching Alex put this to the test as he attempts to free solo Taipei 101 tonight.

We don’t have time to wait many generations to evolve into better performers, we need to take ownership of our evolution and accelerate the process. Spending time with Craig Foster in the Great African Sea Forest and better understanding his incredible work with the Sea Change Project is both enlightening and inspiring.
