One of the things that has touched me deeply in my own journey is understanding how much we are shaped by the emotional world we grow up in.

Not just by what happened to us.

But by what was felt, unspoken, avoided, carried and passed down.
Generation on generation...

Perhaps you grew up in a family where everyone loved each other…
and still, things were difficult.

Perhaps there was no obvious “big trauma.”

But there was anxiety.
Tension.
Silence.
Unspoken grief.
Anger nobody knew how to express.
A parent who couldn't regulate their emotions.
And a child who learned to adapt.

Maybe that child was you ...

And perhaps today you wonder why certain situations affect you so deeply. Still!

Why you struggle with boundaries.
Why you feel responsible for other people's happiness.
Why conflict feels so uncomfortable.
Why you can understand yourself intellectually…
but still find yourself repeating the same patterns.

This is why I believe we sometimes need to look 'beyond' the individual.

We need to gently look at the emotional system we came from.
Our family ❤

Not to blame our parents.
Not to blame ourselves.
But to UNDERSTAND.

Because when you begin to understand where your patterns came from…
you finally have a choice about what you want to carry forward.

And you don't have to do that alone.

I'm opening 2 spaces for my program.
Because you are allowed to be cared for too. 🤍

💛 What is something you learned in your family that you are ready to stop carrying?

10/09/2026

You don't have to carry everyone

Maybe you are the woman everyone comes to.

Your partner.
Your children.
Your friends.
Your family.

You're the one who listens.

Who understands.
Who makes things okay.

And when someone around you is struggling…

you immediately feel responsible.

But here's something I want you to gently consider:

Their emotion is theirs.
Your emotion is yours.

You can love someone deeply without carrying what belongs to them.
You can care without rescuing.
You can have boundaries without abandoning anyone.

And you can finally begin asking:

“What do I need?”

Maybe that's a question you've been waiting a very long time to ask.

09/09/2026

The question I want you to ask

Think about your family growing up.

Who was allowed to have emotions?

And who had to hold everything together?

Maybe you became the good girl.

The responsible one.
The peacemaker.
The one who didn't cause problems.
The one who could always cope.

And perhaps nobody ever asked:

“But who is taking care of you?”

You may be an adult now.

But sometimes the role we learned as children is still running our lives.

💭 What role did you learn to play in your family — and are you still playing it today?

08/09/2026

“We don't talk about that.”

Maybe your family didn't talk about difficult things.

You just moved on...

Someone was angry?

Leave it...

Someone was hurting?

Be strong...

Something happened?

Don't bring it up again...

And perhaps you learned:

“My feelings are easier for everyone if I keep them to myself.”

So now you're 40-something…

Successful.
Capable.
Self-aware.

And yet…

You struggle to say what you really feel.
You swallow your anger.
You minimise your hurt.
You say “I'm fine” when you're absolutely not.

What did you learn you weren't allowed to feel..? ❤

07/09/2026

Maybe you're not “too sensitive”

Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt the tension?

Nobody has said anything.
Everyone is acting normal.

But you know.

You feel it.

And perhaps you've spent years wondering:

“Why am I so sensitive?”

Maybe you learned very early to read the emotional atmosphere around you.

To notice when Mum was upset.
To feel when Dad was distant.
To sense when something wasn't right.

You learned to adapt.

To keep the peace.
To make yourself smaller.
To take care of others.

And perhaps today, as a grown woman, you still do it.

You feel responsible for how everyone else feels.
You are not too sensitive.
You may simply have become very good at feeling what others don't say.

💭 Where in your life are you still carrying emotions that aren't actually yours?

“Maybe you don't need another book”

You've read the books.
You've listened to the podcasts.
You've tried to understand yourself.
You know so much about personal growth.

And still…

You find yourself stuck in the same patterns.

Overthinking.
People-pleasing.
Perfectionism.
Putting things off.
Being incredibly hard on yourself.
Yes you 😉

Knowing what you want — but somehow finding 27 other things to do instead.

And perhaps you're wondering:

“Why can't I just get myself together?”

Maybe the answer isn't that you need more information.

Maybe you need a safe place to actually experience what is happening inside you.

To understand the parts of you that are afraid.

To reconnect with feelings you've pushed away.

To learn what your body has been trying to tell you.

To understand why you keep protecting yourself in ways that no longer serve you.

And slowly…

to build a different relationship with yourself.

One where you don't have to fight yourself into becoming someone new.

You can begin to come home to who you already are.

That's the work I offer.

A question

What would you do…

if you knew nobody would be disappointed in you?

Would you:
Leave the job?
Start the business?
Take the afternoon for yourself?
Say no?
Ask for help?
Tell someone how you REALLY (& I mean REALLY) feel?
Finally start that thing you've been talking about for years?

Or perhaps…

You'd simply breathe.

Because for the first time, you wouldn't have to think about everyone else's expectations.

Just yours.

Yes, this might be getting confronting now,
Here's the uncomfortable question:

How much of your life is currently being shaped by what other people might think of you?

And how much of it is actually being shaped by what you want?

You don't have to have the courage to change your whole life today.

Sometimes the first step is simply becoming honest with yourself.

“This isn't working for me anymore.”

That sentence can be the beginning of something very beautiful.

If this question stayed with you today, message me.
Let's talk. 🌿

“When did you become so strong?”

When did you decide that your children shouldn't see your emotions?

When did you learn that you had to keep it together?

That being the strong one meant swallowing the tears.

Putting everyone else first.

Saying “I'm fine” when you weren't.

And perhaps you've become incredibly good at it.

So good that sometimes you don't even know what you're feeling anymore.

You know what everyone else needs.

Your children.
Your partner.
Your friends.
Your colleagues.

But when someone asks:

“What do YOU need?”

…you go quiet.

Maybe you don't even know.

And if you do know, asking for it feels almost impossible.

Because somewhere inside there is a fear:

What if I become too much?
What if they need me less?
What if they leave?
What if choosing myself means disappointing someone?

So you keep giving.

And giving...

And giving...

You know, I can repeat it here a 100 times...

Until your body starts saying what your mouth never did:

“ENOUGH!!!”

You don't have to become less caring.
You don't have to stop loving your family.
You don't have to become selfish.

You can learn to include yourself in the care you so freely give to everyone else.

That's the work I love to do with women.

If you feel this one, I'm opening 3 spaces for my program.

You are allowed to be cared for too. 🤍

“There’s more”

From the outside, everything looks fine.

You have the job.
The family.
The home.
The friends.
You take care of your health.
You do your sport and perhaps some yoga.
You read the books.
You keep working on yourself.

And yet…

Somewhere inside, you keep hearing:

“There has to be more than this.”

Maybe you dream about starting something of your own.

Maybe you want more time for yourself.

Maybe you want to finally make a decision you've been thinking about for years.

But then the questions begin:

What will people think?
What if I fail?
What if I change and people don't like me anymore?
What if I choose myself and someone else gets hurt?

So you stay where you are.

And instead of doing the thing that matters to you…

You clean the kitchen.
You do the laundry.
You scroll.
You organise something that wasn't even on your list.

Anything… except taking that step.

Not because you're lazy.

Not because you don't know what you want.

But because some part of you is scared of what might happen if you finally choose yourself.

And perhaps that's where the real work begins.

Not with forcing yourself to change.

But with understanding what is happening inside you.

I have 3 places available for women who are ready to explore this with me, gently and deeply.

If something in this post felt uncomfortably familiar, send me a message.

You don't have to know exactly what you need yet.

We can start there. Very Gently 🤍

What do you do with your pain?

We all experience it.

You can't avoid pain in life.

But you can choose what you do with it.

You can suppress it.
Push it down.
Keep busy.
Smile.
Carry on.

Or…

You can feel it.

Cry.
Express it.
Talk about it.
Let your body experience what is actually there.

Because inside you is an entire internal world.

Thoughts.
Emotions.
Memories.
Beliefs.
Fears.
Protective parts.
Old experiences.

And sometimes, what is happening in our life today is connected to something much deeper inside that world.

So perhaps the question isn't:

“How do I get rid of my pain?”

Perhaps it's:

“What is my pain trying to tell me?”

What are you choosing?

Suppression — or feeling your way through?
