Meet Lorenzo

Lorenzo’s goal was simple.

How To Stay Fit During Christmas!!!

Christmas is one day a year.

Spend that day eating mince pies, cheeky glasses of Baileys, stuffing your face on Christmas dinner and enjoying whatever indulgence you want to enjoy.

Holidays, Christmas, Birthdays, and special occasions should be a time where you treat yourself considering how little they come around!

However if you spend …

Every week eating poorly
Every weekend drinking alcohol
Minimal time exercising
Minimal time sleeping…

Sounds like your whole year is one big indulgence.

Doesn’t really sound like you deserve to treat yourself on special occasions…

But no bother, if there’s anytime to look back on your year, analysing where you’d like to make changes… it’s at the end of one.

Regardless enjoy Christmas, it really is my favourite time of year.

How To Eat Healthy On a Busy Schedule ⬇️

Believe it or not nobody ever got healthy & fit on meal deals.
Grow up, you’re not a kid anymore who has a cheese sandwiche for lunch. You’re a man! You’re going to need some fuel.

Here’s a few ways to eat healthy to support your body & goals on minimal time.

1 - Pay The Big Bucks & Use a Meal Delivery Service

There’s companies that will send you meals based on your goals.

These could be microwaveable or with all the ingredients in the box ready to cook.

It may seem expensive but compare it to your grocery shop & you might be surprised.

2 - Just Eat Out
If you really are that busy, just eat out consciously.
Find the top healthiest restaurants near your work & home, and use them regularly.

Warning - you need to know what makes a healthy meal to do this.

3 - The Big Sunday Cook
Set 2-3 hours aside & cook a big portion of meals ready for the week.
Personally not me, that sounds long as … but it works for many people

4 - Dinner = Lunch
If you have enough time to cook dinner, just make enough for lunch. It’s as simple as that.
A healthy dinner means a healthy lunch.

But beware one missed cooked dinner means a takeaway for lunch.

Do you indulge too much or too little?

Regardless of the spectrum, I believe the majority of finding happiness is finding balance.

Your health should always take priority.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a Maccy D’s, a wild weekend or a beer like myself every now & then.

It’s hard to find that balance.

Often we have to go through trial & error before working out our own system.

Many people have gone T Total after too many years of overindulgence…

They feel happier then ever, and that tactic works for them.

For a while, I found setting rules worked for me.

Only drinking twice a month for example.

As I get older I find less incentive to drink to be honest.

It’s now just if I want to, as I want to far less than my younger years.

I save up my big nights out for proper events.

One of my favourite days out is to go to a music festival.

It’s likely if you see me at one I’ll be a little worse for wear…

Sooo know this… if you have health & fitness goals that doesn’t mean you have to give up cake.

Reducing such indulgences will of course help…

I’ve found some people who go T Total end up eating everything on the menu or drinking the bar dry when they do indulge.

Through trial and error find a balance that works for you.

( even if it is T total )

One which allows you to be healthy, progress in the gym, and enjoy your cheeky indulgences.

My client, came to me wanting to build a leaner physique.

He had tried every diet and exercise plan out there, but nothing seemed to stick.

He was feeling frustrated and discouraged.

When he came to me, I knew I had to approach his weight loss journey differently.

I didn't want to just give him a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, I gave him the tools and steps he needed to create lasting change.

First, we worked on setting specific, achievable goals. Then, I taught him how to track his food intake and make healthy choices.

I also provided guidance on how to incorporate physical activity into his daily routine.

But it wasn't just about the numbers on the scale.

I encouraged him to focus on how he felt, rather than just the numbers on the scale.

I reminded him that weight loss is a journey and that it's important to be kind to himself along the way.

After following my program, he was able to lose the 8kg he had been struggling to shed.

He feels more energized, confident, and proud of himself.

He even started to enjoy working out and eating healthy.

Most importantly, he learned that sustainable weight loss is about making small, consistent changes over time.

He now has the tools and knowledge to continue on his journey towards a healthier, happier life.

Now he feels better than ever before. He has more energy and is able to do activities that he couldn't do before.

How To Get Crazy Results Like These???

Well there's no shortcut and it takes time...

Simply put you need to master the following
* A diet consisting of minimally processed foods & high-protein
* A consistent training regime where you progressively challenge yourself
* 7-8 hours sleep, adequate psychological rest & a strong management of stress

Learning, experimenting and mastering those three points takes time.

Being able to maintain those three points during difficult times of the year can take even longer.

But when did anything worthwhile not require a little sacrifice?

My client below is loving his new physique...

But these results were no quick fix.

They took time and commitment.

Now he's here, he has all the experience he needs to maintain & and grow his new lean physique for many years to come.

Why I Don't Want To Be The Fittest Personal Trainer...

Let's be honest, scroll through your phone and in minutes you'll find another PT.

One who's leaner, bigger, and more committed to his muscles.

He weighs every grain of food.

Sh*ts & farts constantly from all the protein.

And if he looks unrealistically lean while massive... he's likely on the ol juice.

That's not me.

Whilst travelling Bali I've been maintaining a level of physique that allows me to be healthy, and look good topless while enjoying life.

I might not always be the leanest around...

But I don't want to be.

I'm happy with my physique.

I train 3-4x a week, I eat consciously, and I aim for 7-8 hours of sleep every night.

While enjoying a few occasional beers, I eat out regularly, and not slaving away in the gym.

I'll be in Melbourne soon for 3 months, building a routine.

I'll train a lot more, eat a lot more home-cooked meals, and get more sleep.

I'll build more muscle, burn more fat, look even better topless.

Then I'll travel again and reduce my commitments to fitness.

My point??

You do not have to be the fittest guy around.

You do not need to be in the gym more than anyone else.

You just need to find what you're willing to do and be realistic with where that'll get you.

I help men lose fat and build muscle on workout plans that require 3 hours in the gym.

I teach my clients how to eat consciously while enjoying their favourite foods.

One Month In Bali...

And there we have it, my month of Bali is coming to an end...

Working while exploring Bali has been a dream.

I've spent days sitting in gorgeous cafes overlooking the beach, working away while sipping coconuts.

I've rented ped after ped, riding around the Island to viewpoints or distant beaches.

I've watched countless sunsets over the beach or cliffs, where the waves crash against the rocks.

I've met some amazing people, who I would love to hang out with again.

I've worked out 3-4x a week, and built my coaching business while enjoying the world's greatest gifts.

Could I of worked harder sat at home?

Could my body be a little leaner if I was in a solid routine?

Yeah probably...

But I'm enjoying life.

The business is growing.

I'm healthy and happy.

I don't need to be the fittest person in the world.

I don't need to be the hardest-working man in the world.

Health and happiness, that's what I need.

Off to Melbourne for 3 months of hard work before I explore again...

How To Improve Your Form 🏋🏻

Firstly nobody ever walked into the gym for the first time, lifting weights with perfect form.

Accept mistakes, failures, and setbacks.

Exercise is confusing as F**K.

There’s no two ways about it.

Regardless, you owe it to your body to find those mistakes.

Both to find & fix them.

It’s down to you to research exercises.

To train with those who are further ahead than you.

To record your form and compare to YouTube tutorials.

To ask professionals questions... my DM’s are always open 🙋🏻‍♂️

The truth is there is always more to learn within the health & and fitness world.

6 years into my career and new info is still coming to my attention that blows my mind.

So don’t be disheartened when you learn you’ve been doing something wrong.

Use it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
