We recently turned the dial up a notch to get Olly’s physique a little tighter, allowing him to walk around on holiday with an unwavering confidence💪
This is a prime case of temporarily shifting priorities to work towards a goal
Olly is super diligent with his training all year round and very aware of his nutritional decisions
But when he decided he wanted to lean out a little more, he knew he’d have to get more controlled with his nutrition and get off cruise control for a period
A short period of intense focus now means he’s much more defined
Perfectly executed👏

You cannot out pace your body’s physiology, so stop looking for a quick fix and be fu*king patient!

What can we learn from bodybuilders?🤔
Bodybuilders are the BEST at building huge amounts of muscle tissue and also getting down to very low body fat percentages
So whilst you may not want to live in the extremes like a bodybuilder, we should probably take notes when it comes to achieving either of those goals📝

This is not just 4 years of physical transformation but also mental transformation
On the left: low in confidence, limited self belief and too tame to even take my vest off
On the right: confidence to inspire others, belief I can achieve anything and of course… shirtless haha
But all kidding aside, this is why I do what I do
Changing my physique was the vehicle that helped me change my mindset to help me to thrive in other areas of my life
My career, my relationships and my mental health are just a few areas that have significantly improved both directly and indirectly as a result of constantly improving my physique
