The first task in the new workshop has been getting all current rack orders completed and shipped so that I can crack on with the backlog of frames that have accumulated over the last couple of months!

It's new workshop time!
The last two months have been a wild ride moving our life, home and the workshop from South London to Wigan and thank you to all our friends, family and customers who have helped make this happen.
Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for Hesson Labs with production restarting in our new space from today. To everyone who has been waiting patiently for their orders, thank you, they will be fulfilled over the coming weeks.

The time has come to leave London and set up shop in a more sustainable environment. On the 7th August we will begin the move to our new home in Wigan where we will be building an all new workshop. Because of this all orders placed between today 29/07/21 and 30/08/21 will be placed on hold until the construction of this new workshop is finished at the end of August. TETSUO!!!
Freshly back from paint with my personal is looking slick in full Akira livery. A few alterations have been made to this frame: dropper post routing, under down tube cage bosses and bigger clearance chain stays. It all adds up to form the perfect 29er gravel bike build.

Built from a blend of finest tubing and road disc fork and featuring custom weight reduced dropouts this is a true steel feather weight.
As always worked their magic over the finish with a special mix of Gold and Silver flake giving an incredible sense of depth.
