A commitment means keeping your eye on the goals you want to achieve. You can see them, smell them, taste them, and it's worth the effort. If they are things that you want, then you believe they are worth making sacrifices for.

Identify your goals and write them down. You should read and visualize them every day when you wake up and before you go to sleep in order to make them a reality. Make it a point to believe that they can be achieved. With a positive attitude and commitment to your goals, they can become a reality.
