Adding movement turns Wednesday from Hump day to fun day. Starting of with Bank of Things Lewisham community day at Orchard Gardens, and finishing with the amazing Boogie Bounce SE6 crew down Abbotshall HLC with my positive pants on ❤️.

Perseverance is the ability to keep doing something in spite of obstacles.
How many of us say ‘I need to move more but…’ or ‘I need to get healthier but…’?
One of the biggest reasons we struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle isn’t our “obstacles” but it’s our mindset. I’m not saying the reasons you have aren’t valid, we all have obstacles we need to work around like time, work and family commitments. But with the right support, community and mindset we can overcome these obstacles.
Take these two in the picture, last night one turned up forgetting their gym kit, the other was battling with a bit of an injury (I let you guess who’s who 🤣). And I asked both “Are you OK to workout today?” and they looked at each other and said “Yes let’s do this together.”
And in the words of one of them, the morning after. “Thank you for making me smile, I love bouncing the stress out and partying like it’s 1999.”
So you see despite their obstacles they persevered and got so many benefits on the other side.

Thank you and goodnight Glass Mill Leisure Centre.
Tonight was my last aqua aerobics class, and it was emotional. This class was full to the brim of so many amazing people, and deciding to say bye wasn’t easy.
Thank you all for being so lovely and accepting me each week, you have all worked so hard, and as much as it’s goodbye to this particular class I know it’s only see you later as individuals.

My abs are on fire 🔥🔥🔥. That Boogie Bounce routine is INSANE. I’m currently doing a 90 day shred (on day 3), and I am going to show you how you can include your favourite group exercise classes in a workout plan and get results.
