But, you don’t need a whole life overhaul, just small targeted switches can start the reverse the momentum. 📈

Gainz so good they send presents. 🎁

Recently one of my favourite clients Ollie sadly just left London for the South of France. 🇫🇷🥖

Shortly after he arrived he very kindly sent me a bottle of prosecco 🍾 and a thank you card for the gainz 💪.

A quick look on his instagram showed why. 💃I wont spill the beans here. Just a note to say these results are very effective, please use responsibly.

Some of my favourite highlights 📽 of our 3 months together:

-Bench Press 5RM 50kg➡️70kg
-Overhead Press 5RM 35kg➡️52.5kg
(⬆️ 50%!!! 🤯)
-Hinge completed.

Now he's moved to online training, big things to come📈

I've been told I need to start posting progress photos 📈

So I thought I'd kick things off with myself.

In the 4 years between these photos a lot has changed.

I work longer hours and have a 👶 so fitting training in has not got easier.

How have I dealt with this? 🤔

By focusing on the most important aspects and not worrying about the rest.

🏋‍♀️ Training with a structured program that includes planned progression, deloads and rest.

⚖️ Finding balance, training less but never missing sessions.

🛌 Priorising rest.

🥙 Planning meals and bringing structure to my eating that still allows me to eat delicious food and eat out.

Bringing structure to your life and training actually brings you freedom it makes sure you fit in what you need and allows you to have the rest of the time to yourself.

Two more things to address:

🧔 Yes, that beard was horrible. I won't do it again.

💃Yes, still out abs me. I've come to terms with it.
