Check out Instructor Alexia demonstrating a backwards push and glide to our swimmers, showing them exactly what we’re looking for before they give it a go themselves!👏

Demonstrations are such an important part of our swimming lessons. Sometimes seeing a skill performed properly makes all the difference - helping our swimmers understand their body position, technique and what they’re working towards in the water.

At DIP N DIVE, we want our swimmers to understand what they’re learning, build confidence and, most importantly, enjoy their time in the pool!💙
