The tough but necessary lessons I learned from investing multi 6 figures in coaching😮‍💨

Not everyone or everything is at it seems.
Not everyone has the heart that I do.
And if it seems they do - it could be in disguise.

People can talk a good talk but who they REALLY are will be shown to you inside the container.

How do they navigate conflict?
How do they approach situations that aren’t so peachy?

Everyone can market in a certain way.

Heck, people can even pay people to market for them in a certain way.

But energy NEVER lies.
Always trust your intuition.
Learning discernment is a journey.

There are people out there who will consciously or unconsciously pry on your victimhood.

They might not be aware of it but you investing from a place of survival and lack is a turn on for some people.

Energy never lies and you can sniff through people’s intentions if you go deep enough.

Red flags are red for a reason - to stand out.

Trust your gut always and be discerning who you let into your energetic space.

Energetic syphoning and mental manipulation are very real.

Your energy and your heart is the most precious thing about you.

Be discerning in your decision making and do your due diligence.

Be mindful of your intentions and the intentions of the coach.

Any fixing or hero/victim mentality creates a messy entanglement and codependency.

Which can lead to energetic and mental manipulation.

This post isn’t to bash anyone or even the coaching industry - it is to share my experiences so that you can practise discernment.

My heart has always believed in the good intentions of others and it has been saddening to not witness this always manifest.

This post is also not to condone any form of blaming or shaming.

Its purpose is to encourage responsibility in our buying and investment decisions.

Not to shame ourselves nor others.

I truly believe we are all doing the best we can with what we have.

I will never be a “basher” and I will always believe in the good of this industry.

And open my heart to forgiveness - of myself and others.
