LGD School Of Dancing

In the lead up to classes resuming on the 5th year of our dance school running, I thought it best to take a trip down memory lane!

Every day this week we will be documenting our growth and lessons we have learned from every single dancer that has walked through our doors. As every single one has helped us to be where we are today. And I hope we have made a little impact on your journeys too!

💙 July / August 2022…. Promo pictures and three students… uh oh!

⭐️ Boy oh boy! I never joke when I say we have worked hard to get our name out there! When we started we used to wait by the door hoping people would A, actually come! And B, would they even like our classes?!

⭐️ At the time, Mr Louie even had to rope his own mum in to come and take pictures of him with his nephew and niece. This really was/ is a family affair!

⭐️Mr Emanuele was in the west end at the time performing in Man of La Mancha at the London coliseum, and Mr Louie was also a head of dance at a school and working as a choreographer for cruise ships and as a voice over artist for children’s tv! Safe to say we were busy!

⭐️We think about those early days often. When it’s a cold Sunday morning defrosting the car making sure Mr floppy ears and the first aid kit is packed that I find I have to pinch myself on how proud I am of every single student in our dance school!

💙What I’m also so incredibly proud of is how many of these super little ones are with us still how. Still working hard, having fun and coming back week on week because they have caught the dancing bug.

🌟 Once upon a story 2026! 🌟

What a show!! So incredibly proud of every single dancer on stage. I am blown away every show, but this one felt even more special. Our biggest show yet, our biggest and most impressive stage yet and everyone rose to the challenge.

What I’m most proud of is how supportive every dancer was backstage.

A dream come true every time. Thank you all for being a part of our wonderful community. As we go into our fifth year, I can’t wait for you all to see what is in store!!

As ever, my upmost thanks must go to my amazing support network / team who hold me up every day. Mrs Brooke, Mr Emanuel, my mum, Rachal and Miss Tahys- I couldn’t have done it without you all. 💙

Was also super exciting to get cracking with show routines! Can’t wait to see them all come to life and watch our dancers shine on stage at the end of term!

📣 NEW BRANCH OF LGD SCHOOL OF DANCE - WEST SUSSEX! 📣

We are incredibly excited to announce that come September, LGD School of dance will not only be running our ever popular dance classes in West Ealing. But also in West Sussex!

NEW LOCATIONS FROM SEPTEMBER!

📍 The Millennium Centre Scaynes Hill
(Classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays )
📍 West Ealing Personal Training
(Classes held on Fridays and Sundays)
