A little about me - my name is Selma and I’ve been a PT & Pilates instructor for the past year. My interest in sports began when I was 16 and I joined a mma class and after that I became consistent in the gym learning more about my body, weight training and building muscle. During this time I became hijabi (exactly 3yrs ago) and fitness changed for me- concentrating more on how I felt through exercise than how I looked (although the more I trained the better the benefits I felt and saw in myself). That’s why I decided to work within fitness to help other women feel the same benefits I do - including those of us who cover up and have no idea where to start. I want to build your confidence so you can really appreciate your body.

Assalamalaykum girls!
As we approach Ramadan I wanted to release a 6 week exercise & coaching programme. Now is the best time to start a workout plan so you can remain active during the month. It can be difficult to stick to a programme especially if you are fasting and have little energy or motivation.
The personalised programme tailored to suit you will include a variety of exercises. The plan is created to support and enhance the fitness of all levels. This includes those who have no idea where to start, to those who are already exercising in the gym or at home and require guidance.🤸🏻
The plan includes detailed videos of each exercise and weekly check ins to adapt the programme as you progress (& to keep you accountable)🥇
There is also the option for 1-1 online or in person sessions (this can be discussed via dm or book a consultation from my bio)

Many of you may be ready to start exercising and whether you’re not ready to go to the gym or don’t feel comfortable in the gym environment it’s important to know what equipment you may want to use when starting your journey.
You don’t need a lot to start off with maybe you just start with a mat, bands and a skipping rope. Whatever you decide to start with make sure you use it and it doesn’t sit in a cupboard untouched!
Exercise comes in many different forms- anything that keeps you active and happy🙌🏼
