💪12 Weeks Physique Difference.
The picture on the left I was struggling with the toll of mental health and my recent diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes and it was showing in my training and nutrition. The photo on the right is me 12 weeks later during my recent photoshoot with with the proper nutrition and training. Crazy there is only 1kg difference in weight here as well!!
7kg up from diagnosis and looking to add another 7kg in the next 6 months.

Its in the name …supplements are there to -you guessed it- supplement your diet. The real results come when these supplements are alongside a balanced protein rich diet. This includes my current supplement stack and a few I’ve taken in the past and looking to add back to my rotation.
