Are you trying to change your eating habits?
Did you know that it takes about 21 days to get used to to new things?

❌For this reason so many of you quit so quickly all this 'trendy' and very often very restrictive diet.❌
There are too many changes in short period of time.

What I would advice you? Take it easy - 👍STEP BY STEP!👍

Try with some modifications to your diet.

How?

1. instead of frying your meat/ fish - steam or bake it;
2. try to add more vegetables to your meals
3. change your white bread/pasta for wholegrain - make you feel full for longer- instead of removing them completely from your diet
4. do not skip your meals!
5. try to eat less chocolate/ sweets/ fizzy drinks/ crisps etc.
6. change fizzy drinks to water/ tea.
and so on...

Try to analyze your daily menu, try to find your weak point and slowly step by step try to change it.

September is just around the corner. We are going to be back to uni, work, school drop off/ pick up.

How to get energy and be happy?

Here are some tips:
✅sleep well😴 - around 8 hours of night sleep
✅eat plenty of veg and fruits🥦🥑🍅🍎
✅drink 6-8 glasses (1.5 l) of water per day - minimum
✅be active💪 - around 150 min per week ( it's only 25 mins per day!)
✅eat when you are hungry🍌 - do not starve yourself as well as do not overeat
✅try to chose fresh and seasonal food🍎🥑🥦; ❌avoid processed foods🍟🍪🍬❌!
✅good rest time and quality time with family are very important to keep balance.

Do it for YOURSELF today!

Had so much fun.
Exercise with you child or even showing your child that you exercise is a great way to encourage them to move as well. Be your child's ROLE MODEL!

Many of you are saying "oh, I need to cut my carbs to lose weight' - ❌wrong! ❌

Carbs are very important part of our daily diet - they are our source of energy!

You just need to know which carbs to choose!?!?

What you should be avoiding are ❌simple carbohydrates❌, like cakes🥮, biscuits, sugary drinks🥤, alcohol🍷, white bread🥖, white pasta. We burn them quickly and we feel hungry again.

✅Complex carbohydrates✅ are the one that we shouldn't cut off. Why? As we mentioned before - they give as ENERGY💪! We digest them longer so we feel full for longer - no snacking again!

Try to choose starchy carbs, wholegrain where possible. Change white bread and past to wholegrain.🥦🥒🥬🫑 Choose fresh fruits and vegetable🍌🥭🥑🍅🍎! This foods are also very rich in minerals, vitamin and fibers.

Kettlebell swing!

Great exercise for your gluts, hamstrings, quats, chest, back, shoulders and core!

Tips:
- bend it your hips
- use power from you hips to swing the weight
- don't bend your knees - avoid squatting- keep your knees soft
- stop the weight shoulders level - avoid going all the way up over your head

Many of my clients are coming to me with goal to lose weight.

I always try to explain them, that there are 3 very important components that need to work together:
1. Diet - healthy and balanced diet is 80% of your success in order to reduce your weight
2. Exercise - keeping active is very important part of this process. Helps you burn more kcal, but what more important improves your strength, stamina, flexibility and makes you feel happy - thank you endorphins!
3. Genetics - something that we cannot change - but it's only 5% of your success!
As we cannot change our DNA, we make decision what and when we eat and when we stand up from sofa and do some squats!
