Yes you read that right!!

This lovely lady is actually one of OGs when I was an in-person PT. And this was when she just had 1 little one. Now she has 3!! When you joined the team after her 3rd, she wanted to lose weight, improve her health, and be a positive example for her children.

As a mum of 3 and only 4 months postpartum, the LAST thing she needed was an extreme plan, hours of cardio, or a meal plan that meant cooking different meals from her family. Instead, we focused on making fat loss fit around her life.

She trained completely from home, starting with nothing more than resistance bands. No gym memberships. No complicated workouts. No spending hours away from her family.

We focused on simple habits, realistic nutrition, and a training plan she could actually stick to. She learned how to eat in a way that supported her goals while still enjoying meals with her family. No cutting out entire food groups. No good and bad foods. No starting over every Monday.

The biggest reason she’s achieved these results? Consistency. Not because she was perfect. Not because she had more time than anyone else. But because she committed to the process, trusted the coaching, and kept ticking the boxes week after week.

This is exactly why I believe fat loss should be as simple and enjoyable as possible. When your plan fits your lifestyle, you don’t have to rely on motivation. You don’t feel like you’re constantly on a diet. And the results become sustainable rather than temporary.

26.5lbs lost, stronger, healthier, more confident, and setting an incredible example for her children every single day. ❤️

This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and start following a plan that works with your life, not against it.

June 1st.

Halfway through the year already. Six months gone, six months still in front of us. Maybe this year hasn’t looked exactly how you imagined it would. Maybe you’ve hit some goals, fallen short on others, or spent more time figuring things out than making progress. That’s okay.

The good thing about being halfway through the year is that the story isn’t finished. There is still enough time to change your habits, chase the goals you’ve been putting off, and become the woman you promised yourself you’d be.

You don’t need a perfect plan. You don’t need to make up for every missed opportunity. You just need to decide that the next six months will be different.

Small steps. Consistent effort.

June 1st is a reminder that time is moving whether we’re ready or not. So lock in, stay focused, and make the second half of the year something you’ll be proud to look back on. The next six months are yours if you lock in.

Just a bit of fun 😉 BUT I see soooooooo many women spending a fortune on unnecessary crap, all while skipping the actual basics. And then they wonder why nothing changes.

Don’t get me wrong, some supplements are useful… but let’s be real, most of what’s being sold to you is just clever marketing, in pretty packaging convincing you that you need something you don’t. No supplement will do the work for you. Results come from the boring stuff, repeatedly. It’s not flashy. It’s not extreme. But it works every single time.

Stop wasting money chasing shortcuts. Nail the basics first, then build from there.

At The Self Love Revolution, our photoshoots have never been just about aesthetics 📸

Of course, it’s an incredible feeling to look back and see the physical changes, the muscle built, the strength gained, the body composition changes you’ve worked so hard for. Those moments deserve to be celebrated. But the reason we do these shoots goes so much deeper than what you can see in a photo.

They’re about confidence. About finally allowing yourself to take up space. About stepping out of your comfort zone and doing something that once would’ve terrified you.

For so many women, getting in front of the camera feels vulnerable. It brings up insecurities, self-doubt, comparison… all the things we spend years battling. But then something shifts and these shoots become a reminder of how far you’ve come, not just physically, but mentally too.

They represent the early mornings. The discipline. The promises you kept to yourself.
The days you wanted to give up but didn’t.
The goals you set and achieved. Finally prioritising you. As I always tell my ladies, it doesn’t have to be you first, but it absolutely has to be you TOO!

And maybe the most special part of photoshoots is the environment on the day.

A room full of women cheering each other on, hyping each other up, fixing crowns, calming nerves, celebrating every single person’s journey with no judgement, no competition, just support. That’s what The Self Love Revolution is all about and why I created it in the first place.

Women becoming stronger together. Learning to be seen. Learning to celebrate themselves. Learning that confidence isn’t about being perfect it’s about backing yourself, owning your journey, and being proud of the woman you are and the woman you’re becoming ✨

Anyway, before taking nutrition advice from someone filming in activewear beside a Himalayan salt lamp, maybe ask them to define insulin first and if you want science backed Womens health advice from an expert…give me a follow 😉

In case you thought it was all over once you hit 50…….meet my unicorn, Alex.

Alex came to me just wanting to lose 5kg. She felt stuck, fed up, and just wanted to feel more confident in herself again. I told her we could lose more but she didn’t believe me because even losing that 5kg had felt impossible.

Fast forward to now…
She’s 13kg down.
She’s dropped body fat.
She’s built muscle.
And she looks freaking INSANE.

She trains three times a week, every single week. She trusts me, trusts our CBC method, sends form videos, communicates with me, never misses a check in and plays the long game and well the results speak for themselves!

And turning 50, she wanted to put herself out her comfort zone and took part in our most recent confidence photoshoot. She was terrified, but we had a clear goal and she knocked in out the park! Just look at her. Absolutely unreal.🔥🔥🔥🔥

But here’s the bit that really matters.
She feels fitter, stronger and more confident than she has in years and she’s at her lowest weight since she was 35. AND she hasn’t tried to rush this. THIS IS NOT A 3 MONTH TRANSFORMATION. So many women want to have Alex’s transformation but are still in the quick fix mindset! Ain’t gonna happen! And as soon as you change that mindset, anything is possible! Just look 👆🏼what happens when you follow a framework that actually works, fits around your life, and you stay consistent.

Alex is everything The Self Love Revolution stands for, changing the narrative about how we age as women. She’s feeling the best she’s felt in years, proving that age is just a number.
