isnāt the crisis weāre told it is, but what if it is just the weāre looking for?
I listened to a recent episode of podcast where .jardiniere and Gerald Knaus shared powerful insights on immigration and itās worth every minute of your time.
Here are some of the key points that stood out for me;
š¹ The UKās fertility rate is falling. Our population is ageing fast.
If we want future generations to fund pensions, care for our elderl and fill the workforce, immigration might be a good opportunity.
š¹ Spainās inclusive immigration policies might have promise.
Theyāve shifted focus from control to integration and by helping people contribute once they arrive. Additinally, they focus on creating education opportunities for migrants in areas where their economy needs the boost most.
š¹ The UKās current system often shoots itself in the foot.
If we donāt orient our immigration system towards inclusion and belonging, we give it every chance to create division within our communities and fail.
š¹ The danger isnāt immigration itself, itās the story being told about it.
The failure of centrist politicians to tell a more balanced story leaves space for fear and misinformation to dominate. Myths and lies have the highest share of voice in the media.
š¹ And leaving the European Convention on Human Rights?
Zoe warns it could be catastrophic.
The UK helped build that framework after WWII to protect freedom, not restrict it.
My goal here isnāt to change anyoneās mind.
Itās simply to point out a different , one rooted in facts, humanity and .
š§ If youāre open to listening, start with this episode.
Sometimes the most powerful act isnāt arguing but itās hearing another story.

āMummy, do you want a ?ā
And without hesitation I said yes!
Moments later, my daughter carefully wrote on my arm:
⨠my Hero āØ
I canāt think of any tattoo in the world that would mean more than this.
It reminded me of a core truth I teach in The Thrive Programme:
The we tell ourselves and the meanings we attach to moments shape how we feel, think, and act.
When my daughter wrote those words, I could have brushed it off as ājust play.ā
But instead, I chose to see it as the incredible reflection of love, trust, and connection that it truly is.
Thatās the power of .
The same event can either fill you with joy and strength, or pass unnoticed depending on the meaning you give it.
š So hereās my question for you:
Whatās one small, unexpected in your life that filled you with pride, joy, or love, a memory youāll never forget?

This isnāt just a walk. Itās a promise: to keep going, to fight harder, to never forget those weāve lost. š
For the past few weeks, Iāve been training hard: Zumba, pilates, HIIT, toning, running, all to prepare for the half marathon tomorrow. I promised to bring the muscle if you brought the wallet, and together weāve done both!
Weāve already raised Ā£1,000+ for ! Thatās enough to help test new cancer treatments.
Tomorrow I walk 21km through at night š But thereās still time to give. Can we reach Ā£1,500 together?
Behind every pound raised is a face, a name, a story. Tomorrow Iāll walk carrying those names close to my heart.
Link to donate is in my bio. DM me your dedications.

When I was 7, my mum was diagnosed with tongue cancer at just 38, the same age I am now.
I remember sitting in the car with my brother, waving at her through a hospital window while she went through radiotherapy. We werenāt allowed to be near herm itās a memory thatās stayed with me ever since.
Thankfully she survived, but so many others in my life have faced cancer since. Some battles won, some heartbreakingly lost, and some still ongoing.
Thatās why Iām walking a half marathon through London at night on September 20th for Cancer Research UK.
š Every single pound brings us closer to the day all cancers are cured. Even Ā£1 helps!

Do you struggle to say no?
Do you find yourself agreeing to things while your inner voice is screaming no?
Whether itās at work or with family, many of us feel guilty or fearful about setting boundaries. But what is the real cost of always saying yes?
With family, we avoid saying no because we fear damaging our connection. Yet, over time, this can lead to resentment, making us feel even more distant.
At work, we take on more than we can handle, believing it makes us a great employee. But does it really? Or does it lead to stress, burnout, and exhaustion?
When we fail to say noāespecially when itās necessary and validāwe risk damaging our mental and physical health, as well as our self-esteem.
So, how can you start saying yes to yourself?
Where focus goes, energy flows.
Shift your focus to your needs. Reinforce boundaries where necessary. It may feel uncomfortable at first, but like any skill, saying no becomes easier with practiceāand it empowers you to protect your well-being.
Do you find it hard to say no? Drop a comment belowāIād love to hear your thoughts!

Iām so bad at thisā¦.
And this stops me from getting any better.
A slight change in phrasing makes a massive difference:
Iām not good at thisā¦. YET.
With a gentle stroke I change my language to be more active.
Iterating the fact that Iām bad at something doesnāt make me move forward. It keeps me stuck in a negative loop.
āYetā is a short but incredibly powerful word because it tells you (and your unconscious mind) that itās not such a done deal: there is room for development or improvement.
Sorry I forgot to say what Iām so bad at! š
Social mediaā¦. showing up online.
Iām exceptionally good at showing up in person, assessing what people need and supporting them.
But social media is different.
I know Iām not that good at it yet, but Iāll keep showing up and getting better.
Recognise the power your language has on you.
Change the narrative and witness whatās possible.
What phrase will you choose to change today? Share with me in the comments and maybe you will inspire someone else to change theirs today.

I nearly talked myself out of it.
Becoming a Thrive Programme coach is one of the most things Iāve ever doneāright after being a to two incredible girls.
Helping people break free from , , , and is priceless.
Thereās nothing quite like the moment I hand someone their Thrive Programme manual, knowing whatās ahead for them.
Here is the manual for the next person who will start thriving before the month ends.
In just two weeks, theyāll be in a place they never thought possible.
In six weeks, theyāll have achieved something life-changing.
I know this because Iāve seen it happen time and time again. But it all starts with one decisionāthe decision to take that first step.
I almost didnāt take mine.
The familiar felt safe.
Comfortable.
So why step into the unknown?
Because nothing grows in comfort.
So, ask yourself: are you truly thriving?
If your answer isnāt a resounding hell yeah!, message meāIād love to help you change that.
Are you ready to be thriving before this month ends too?

Aiming to be might be your biggest mistake.
There was a time when I thought resilience meant pushing through exhaustion, saying yes to everything, always pushing myself to do more and never showing vulnerability.
I believed that slowing down or stepping back meant , that others would see me as weak.
But hereās what Iāve learned: Real resilience isnāt about enduring suffering; itās about recognizing when to pause, when to ask for help, and when to prioritize your .
I had to unlearn the idea that forcing my way through every challenge was the only way forward.
Instead, I started asking myself:
Do I need to push through right now, or is rest a wiser choice?
What is my mind or body trying to tell me?
Am I making choices out of fear of judgment, or out of self-compassion?
Some of the strongest, healthiest decisions Iāve made werenāt about working harder. They were about taking a step back, setting boundaries, and allowing myself to recover.
And guess what, thatās when I truly grew.
If youāre feeling drained today, ask yourself: Are you being resilientāor just pushing yourself to run on empty?
How do you define resilience in your own journey?
