Firstly, a big thank you to those who took part in the challenge, whether it was for 1 day or all 25 days, your efforts are appreciated. There was a missed opportunity for someone to easily win themselves £150 in the Level 1 category as no one submitted times for that level, however not to worry, it’ll be back again in the winter🙌

Being defeated is often a temporary condition.

Recently* qualified Personal Trainers:
Going down the traditional route of getting yourself into a gym and looking to build your business isn’t as straightforward as some course providers make it seem.
However, one way of making the journey smoother - in terms of building up your clientele - is to get yourself teaching classes ASAP as well as looking for clients on the gym floor, rather than doing the latter alone.
BENEFITS of teaching classes:
•Build confidence
•improve your communication skills
•physically market your attributes
• show off what you have to offer without looking desperate
•boost your people skills (which will be transferable if looking for clients on the gym floor)
•improve exercise catalog for people with injuries
•PICK UP MORE CLIENTS (Than just being on the gym floor and fighting for leads from the sales team)
