▫️Stay active, and that doesn’t mean sleep at your local gym. There is always a way to make it fun if you don’t like working out!

▫️Improve your sleeping habits, and doesn’t mean sleep more, but better!

▫️Allow your body cells to work on essential tasks other than digestion. For that, don’t eat or drink calories all day long

▫️Do more things that make you happy 🥳

Hello awesome people!
Today I wanted to share with you what we ate last week with Lenny.

Many people think that eating healthy looks only green and taste bland! And it is actually a BIG lie!

Last Thursday morning Lenny baked these incredible Muffins. It was a real pleasure to be woken up with the delicious Bakery’s smell😍

These KETO muffins are SUPER healthy (low-carb, sugar free, gluten free, tasty). And look at the colours 🎨

From now on, every Monday I’ll share with you what our week menu looks like to give you some healthy ideas for dinner!
I know the struggle it is to find dinner ideas every night 🙈

I remember when I was younger my dinner was “beef quarter pounder and pasta” every day 😂, just because I was lazy, didn’t have any ideas, thought that cooking was difficult, and thought that other dishes were expensive… which is totally wrong!

We come across a lot of questions asked by people concerned about increasing their daily saturated fat intake (meat, eggs, dairy and butter) when following a ketogenic lifestyle and the risks associated with high cholesterol levels.

Many studies have now demonstrated that animal food (saturated fat) and cholesterol were absolutely not linked with increased chances of suffering from chronic diseases (heart attack, stroke, cancers, diabetes etc.). We wanted to share with you today a very easy to understand and well-made 5-minute video published by “The Credit Suisse Research Institute” in their study “Fat: The New Health Paradigm” that will answer all your questions and redress all your concerns.

The study concludes that saturated fat contained in animal food has not been a driver of obesity: fat does not make you fat.

Instead, the most likely culprit behind growing obesity is carbohydrates (contained in all man-made processed foods and plant-based foods) and solvent-extracted vegetable oils (canola, corn, rapeseed, sunflower, soybean, cottonseed oils, margarine) also found in harmful processed foods (cakes, biscuits, junk food, breaded meat and fish etc.) and even supposedly “healthy foods” (plant-based products, meatless products, wholemeal, oatmeal etc.), So everything we are asked to consume when following a low-fat diet...

Moreover, Omega-6 polyunsaturated fats (vegetable oils and margarine) we’ve been asked to consume and trans fat contained again in processed food have been shown to have negative health effects.

Even though a lot of people still influenced by a misleading science didn’t jump on the band-wagon yet, Credit Suisse Research Institute’s report shows that consumers are making new choices, switching away from carbs to food containing healthy animal fat.

In a society where we always want to own the latest technology and follow the latest trends, you don’t want, when it comes to your health, to be left behind by following obsolete nutrition science.
