Today is the day. The eagerly anticipated match between the British Army for the PACE cup starts this afternoon at 5.30, Addiscombe Cricket Club

College, Uni - or what about something a bit different? 🤩😜 FBA is committed to providing Special OPS - Opportunities and Pathways for young people, through all-inclusive cricket AND events like this!
Our annual T20 Cricket Match features local talent Vs. the Army's REME Team (Corps of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers). Come for the cricket and /OR to speak with the Careers Advice Team and Army personnel (specifically from ethic minority backgrounds) in full uniform, about life in the Army and jobs such as weapons and intelligence specialist!
Refreshments will be available at the Bar 🥤🍹 and Ice Cream Van 🍦🍦. This event is FREE so Book in and SPREAD the word - let's get our local youth thinking about their options and on track to success.

Obviously we still support ACE as a pathway to greatness but super proud of our U15’s today, winning against the ECB/Surrey/Sports England backed ACE Academy. Chasing 157, we knocked off the score with 3 overs to spare. First Ball Cricket Academy starts new junior section The National Trust Six Brothers Ground in Chaldon, home to Chaldon CMO Cricket Club for a number of years, is sprouting new shoots.

Thanks to Chaldon CMO CC the Pavilion is getting a spring clean today ☀️ It's going to be great watching matches from here 😍 🏏
