For this one, I’d make the crystal the curiosity hook, while keeping the bigger message about personal anchors and what helps us access confidence.

Do you have something that instantly reminds you of your power?

For me, it's Moldavite.

A stone with a very personal connection to my Czech roots—and one I felt deeply drawn to.

I call it one of my "superpower tools".

Not because a crystal replaces confidence, action, or self-belief, but because it can become a personal anchor—a reminder of the energy and intention I choose to bring into my day.

In this Faith Building Podcast short, Norman asks a fascinating question:

What could YOU carry with you that reminds you of who you want to be?

A crystal?
A photograph?
A goal card?
A piece of jewellery?
Something completely different?

For this episode 84, I’d challenge the audience immediately with the gap between their financial goal and the identity they currently hold.

What if your income isn't limited by your ability… but by the amount of wealth you believe belongs to you?

You can set a goal of £1 million.

But if your self-image is still calibrated to £100K, which version of you is making the decisions?

Your self-image acts like an internal thermostat.

It influences what feels normal, what feels possible, how you behave—and the level you unconsciously keep returning to.

So perhaps the question isn't only:

"How do I make more money?"

It's:

"Who do I need to become for that level of success to feel natural?"

In this Faith Building Podcast short, Vladi explores the powerful relationship between self-image, identity and financial growth.

Climbing Physical and Mental Mountains ⛰️🧠

People often ask me why I climb mountains.

They think it's about the summit.
It isn't.

Every mountain I've climbed has taught me one lesson:

There is no physical mountain without first climbing the mental one.

Long before your legs begin to ache, your mind starts negotiating. It tells you to stop. To turn back. To settle for where you are.

The mountain simply reveals the conversation already happening inside you.

That's why I believe our greatest responsibility is to build both a powerful body and a powerful mind.

A strong mind cannot fully express itself through a weak body.
And a strong body without a disciplined mind eventually reaches a limit.

The two are inseparable.

Like the yin and yang symbol, each contains a part of the other.

Your body shapes your thinking.
Your thinking shapes your body.
Your emotions influence your strength.
Your strength influences your confidence.

Everything is connected.

Every day we are climbing mountains.

Some are made of rock.
Some are made of fear.
Some are made of self-doubt.

Some are climbed in boardrooms, hospitals, classrooms, businesses, relationships, or simply by getting out of bed when life feels heavy.

The location changes.
The climb does not.

That is why I work on my mind every single day.

Not in giant leaps. But in small, consistent moments.

One better decision.
One better thought.
One better habit.
One higher vibration.
One greater awareness.

Because greatness is never created in one extraordinary moment.

It is built through ordinary moments repeated with extraordinary intention.

When we strengthen the mind, nourish the body, and stay connected to something greater than ourselves, we become capable of climbing mountains we once believed were impossible.

The summit is never the greatest reward.
The person you become on the way there is.

Enjoy the journey. Never give up.

Episode 83 Is Out Now

What if you've been told the biggest lie in personal development?

That you should always stay positive.

The truth is, growth doesn't come from pretending everything is fine.

It comes from acknowledging your emotions, understanding them, and using them to move forward.

• How to use negative emotions as a catalyst for growth
• The 17-second technique to shift your emotional state

Every expert was once a beginner.

Every successful business started with no revenue. No subscribers. No customers. No audience.

The difference was never perfect timing or perfect conditions.

It was the decision to keep going.

Trust your vision, even when others don't understand it.
Listen to your intuition.
Be consistent when progress feels invisible. Over-deliver because excellence becomes your reputation.
Live in harmony with the universal laws, and always leave people better than you found them.

Success isn't built in a single moment.

It is created through the small, daily decisions to become the highest, truest version of yourself.

Enjoy the journey. Never give up.

What if your greatest frustration is actually pointing you towards your greatest future?

Most people try to avoid dissatisfaction.

But what if it's the very thing that's calling you to grow?

For years, I thought my success came from desire.

The truth?

It came from being deeply dissatisfied with settling for less than I knew I was capable of.

That dissatisfaction didn't break me.

It became my fuel.

In this powerful conversation on the Faith Building Podcast, Vladi and Norman explore the difference between living in frustration and using it as the catalyst to create the life you truly want.

"Nothing was impossible because I wanted it."

Milan Rastislav Stefanik

Read those words again.

Not because life was easy.

Not because the path was clear.

Not because success was guaranteed.

Because he decided.

Too often we wait for confidence before taking action. We wait for certainty before making a decision. We wait for the perfect time, the perfect opportunity, or someone else's permission.

Yet history is rarely written by those who waited.

Every meaningful achievement begins with a decision so strong that obstacles become part of the journey rather than reasons to stop.

Your future is shaped less by your circumstances than by the strength of your intention.

So today, ask yourself:

What have I already decided is impossible... simply because I haven't truly committed to it yet?

Perhaps the life you desire has been waiting for just one thing:

Your decision.

Enjoy the journey. Never give up.

What if one sentence from your childhood is still shaping your life today?

"You're not good enough."
"You'll never succeed."
"Who do you think you are?"

Words can leave invisible scars—especially when they come from the people we love most.

The good news?
Those words do not define you.

They may explain where your story began, but they don't have to determine where it ends.

In this heartfelt episode 82 of the Faith Building Podcast, Vladi shares how painful words from parents, teachers, or other influential people can shape our self-image—and, more importantly, how we can choose to rewrite that story.

✨ Your past may have influenced you, but it doesn't have to imprison you.

There is something about the Tatra Mountains that keeps calling me home.

Perhaps it is because I was born in Slovakia. Or perhaps it is because every time I stand at the foot of those peaks, I am reminded that life has never asked me to stay comfortable. It has always invited me to climb.

People often see the summit—the photograph, the smile, the incredible view. What they don't see are the countless steps that came before it. The moments of exhaustion, uncertainty and self-doubt. The quiet voice asking, "Should I turn back?"

I've realised that the physical mountain is rarely the hardest one.

The greatest mountains we ever climb are invisible.

I've climbed through illness, heartbreak, uncertainty and moments when I questioned everything I believed about myself. Those mountains had no signposts, no clear path and no guarantee of success. The only way forward was one step at a time.

That is why I love climbing.

Every mountain reminds me that success isn't reserved for the strongest or the smartest. It belongs to those who keep moving, even when the path becomes steep.

The mountain doesn't care about your title, your income or your achievements. It asks only one question:

Will you keep climbing?

Every physical climb strengthens my body.

Every mental climb strengthens my character.

And I've learned that the greatest view in life isn't found at the top of a mountain.

It's found the moment you realise you've become someone stronger than the person who began the journey.

Keep climbing both.

Enjoy the journey. Never give up.

🚨 **What if AI isn't the problem... but how we choose to use it?**

AI can save hours of repetitive work.

It can analyse data, organise information, and automate time-consuming tasks.

That's where it shines.

But when we allow it to replace our creativity, imagination, and critical thinking, we risk giving away something far more valuable.

The key isn't to fear AI.

It's to use it wisely.

In this episode of the **Faith Building Podcast**, Norman Gräter and Vladi Kuna discuss where AI can genuinely enhance our lives—and where we need to protect what makes us uniquely human.

🎙️ Listen now on **Spotify** and **Apple Podcasts**, or watch on **YouTube **.

✨ If you enjoy conversations that challenge conventional thinking, **follow the podcast, subscribe on YouTube, and share this episode** with someone navigating the future of AI.

**Let AI handle the repetitive tasks—so you can focus on what only humans can do: create, connect, and imagine.**
