Teaching Gen Beta yoga already 🐣 This park yoga class had sunshine, my lovely students, London summer energy… and one tiny 9-month-old wellness supervisor.

I think babies are more advanced in mindfulness than adults. Our Alice was fully present, full of joy, and definitely not worrying about her life choices during savasana.

I’m planning the next park yoga class in a couple of weeks, so stay tuned.

Hello from very hot London ☀️

How is your summer going?

I don’t know about you, but in this heat, yoga and Pilates are definitely keeping me sane, calmer and a little more chill. Even a few minutes of breathing, stretching or gentle movement can completely change how the day feels.

This summer I’m also teaching yoga at LSE Summer School, which feels really special. I love seeing students taking time to pause, and support their wellbeing during such an intense and exciting season.

If you’re studying, working, dealing with deadlines, exams, screen time or just trying to stay balanced in the middle of London summer energy, this is your reminder to look after your body and mind too.

If your shoulders keep creeping up towards your ears during the day, it is often a sign of accumulated neck tension, desk posture fatigue, shallow breathing, or simply too much time sitting and concentrating ✍️👩‍💻👨‍💻

I don’t mean the perfect confidence or having all the answers figured.
But the decision to trust yourself enough to take the next step. 👣

I remember moments when I doubted myself deeply. I questioned if I was good enough, ready enough, talented enough. And honestly, sometimes the only thing that kept me moving was choosing to believe before I had proof.

Because success often starts long before anyone sees the result 🚀

It starts when you show up again or take one small step. When you trust your dream, even if it feels far away.

So here is your reminder today:
