I was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2022.

This was a shock, and the news rocked my world. Luckily, I survived cancer after I had surgery. I had to undergo chemotherapy treatment, and I could not do my daily yoga practice.

However, I promise to love my body as it is and continue working on my body. Exercising my body and doing chair exercises three days a week led to my speedy recovery.
