At Emirates Stadium, Arsenal delivered a dominant first-half display against Fulham, heading into the break with a commanding three-goal lead despite a moment of VAR frustration.
Bukayo Saka opened the scoring early with a brilliant run and assist for Viktor Gyökeres, before a second goal from Riccardo Calafiori was ruled out for offside following a VAR review.
Saka then got on the scoresheet himself, finishing smartly after a sharp exchange with Gyökeres, who later added a third with a well-taken header from a Leandro Trossard cross.
However, the half was not without concern, as Gabriel Magalhães was forced off with an injury, potentially leaving defensive questions heading into the remainder of the match.
