Mindful Monday is back with a fresh twist! 🌿 This term, I’ll be offering sessions at different times to make them more accessible: starting with morning sessions in October and then shifting to noon in November. 🕒
Join me for these weekly 20-minute meditation breaks to enhance your wellbeing and kickstart your week with a clear and balanced mind.
We begin on 7th October, meeting every Monday morning at 8:00 AM (London time). I look forward to meeting with you and sharing a mindful October together! 😊🤍

🌟 I am thrilled to share 𝗔𝗿𝘁infusion as a co-founder—a creative space where art and wellbeing converge. Here, we nurture resilience and empowerment, ignite curiosity and playfulness, and embrace creativity and inclusivity.

✨ Mindful Connection and Mini Meditation: Take a few minutes today to observe nature, whether it’s a bird chirping outside your window or a tree that has begun to bud between buildings. Allow yourself to be fully present in this experience wıth a few breath, noticing the effects on your body. If there is a pleasant sensation, embrace it as an opportunity for savouring and exploring enjoyment. Let these pleasant feelings sink into your body. 🕊️🌳

Discover mindfulness and compassion-based practices that foster calm, clarity, focus, resilience. Mindfulness also helps in regulating your emotions and nervous system, improving stress management, deepening connections with others, and cultivating compassionate self-awareness.
