Sarah G is a performer and instructor based in Italy, pole dancing since 2012 & wore her first (pink!) pair of heels in 2016.

In her classes, she focuses on clean lines, smooth flow, and real expression—always guided by her philosophy: make it look enjoyable.
Her goal is to help you move in a way that feels as good as it looks ✨

Sweet & Seductive 🍯

A choreography experience where movement flows like warm nectar - slow, sticky and irresistibly smooth!
This workshop is dedicated to exploring sensuality in motion, melting technique with body expression to create that hypnotic, honey-like drip.

All levels are very welcome to both workshops.
Alternatives and variations for beginners to advanced offered.
