You asked & I answered … so many love these trainings.. the vibes, the skills learnt and just a place to finally feel like we belong.

This is created for muslim women because I have trained for the stage since I was two years old.. learning all there is to know about the speaking craft.. it’s what got me on stages with MASSIVE celebs and offered a multi million dollar record label deal before Islam… BUT if you know my story, you already know… I gave up that world when I took shahada, knowing my faith did not align with celeb party girl life style… 💔

Fast forward 3 years and I have been blessed to train tens of thousands of women… onto stages like TEDx, heading global conferences, starting podcasts that are NEEDED conversations… speaking up in schools to young girls who NEED the right role models and my fave of all… women who said this speaking training made them all round better communicators - even in the home. With their husbands, families, at work .. knowing how to get their message heard has transformed their lives in such beautiful ways.

Great speakers aren’t born. They’re trained.
And one of the simplest things you can train yourself to do is get rid of those ERRRMMM… UMMMM… LIKE… filler words 🫣🫥😶‍🌫️.

Here’s why you want to start eliminating them NOW:

1. Filler words can make you sound less certain.
When you’re constantly filling gaps with “ummm” and “errr”, your audience can interpret it as hesitation or uncertainty.. even when you KNOW exactly what you’re talking about.

2. Silence makes your words hit a whole lot harder. A pause gives your audience time to digest and think about what you’ve just said.
Instead of rushing to your next sentence, you allow them to process. 🎯

3. You take control of your pace.
We’re often afraid of silence, so we fill it with anyyy sounds…I was very guilty of this….
But when you stop using fillers, you naturally become more intentional with your pace, which can make you sound calmer, clearer and more confident. Win/win!!!

4. You create anticipation.
Pause right and people will wonder, “What’s coming next?”
And when you control the pause, you can keep your audience hanging onto your next word. It’s a dopamine hit of excitement while listening to you speak 🙌❤️

5. You sound more polished and professional.
Whether you’re on a TEDx stage, presenting in a boardroom, teaching online or speaking into a camera.. it don’t matter- your audience notices how you communicate, not just WHAT you communicate.

You don’t need to become a “polished” speaker.
You need to become a more intentional one that knows how to speak to be HEARD.

The online world TERRIFIES me.. finding the balance between using tech in a world they need it to pretty much survive.. and protecting them from the fitna and dangers of what lies between them and a click of a button..

No matter how we raise our kids this is designed to set them up for failure…. The people who make ‘kids games’ etc don’t even let their own children have devices… they understand it steals their childhood.. and yet so many of us use them as baby sitters let’s be honest…

It’s a hard conversation but as someone who advocates using your voice … I had to speak up about it… Toy Story triggered me y’all LOL

Education wise I am so glad our school has the same thoughts and understanding… they actively work with parents on educating and protecting our muslim children.. and you can do your own free two day trial to see for yourself

I call this technique The Echo Effect™.
It’s when you give your audience a statement and ask them to repeat it back to you OUT LOUD.
But it’s not just about getting the crowd involved on a surface level.

There is something powerful about taking a thought you’ve only held internally and actually hearing yourself SAY it.

Think about why people use affirmations in the mirror.
When your audience repeats your words, they’re no longer just passively listening to your message. They’re participating in it.

And I LOVE using the Echo Effect™ when I speak to Muslim women, to hear them say out loud:

I am strong.
I am beautiful.
I am powerful.
I am worthy.
My voice deserves to be heard.
I WILL speak up.
I will not apologise for my faith or views

Because sometimes a woman needs permission to say out loud what she has been struggling to accept is her truth.

That’s what great speaking is about.
Not just transferring information...
Transferring a thought, a belief, an understanding, until your audience doesn’t just hear your message...
They experience it so deeply they believe it. ❤️
It is so freeing and powerful you have to try it 🎤
