I could’ve had the full MSc. I could’ve chased the Distinction.
πŸŽ“
But what I really wanted was to learn deeply, integrate fully, and use it to help people.

Continuing to reach a Master’s certificate would’ve meant more time doing academic research just to prove something to someone…

And let’s be honest β€” it also meant spending a lot more money.

For what? A title? More validation?

I didn’t want to waste my energy or resources chasing something that no longer aligned with what I truly value.

So, I stopped at the Postgraduate Diploma.
I still finished with Merit, while working two jobs and actually living my life; that decision gave me freedom, not regret.

I once went to a β€˜s talk in London and heard him say:
πŸ‘‰ β€œOne of the most powerful skills of a successful person is knowing when to quit.”

And that hit me.

Because I used to believe I had to finish everything I started.
That stopping early meant failure.

But I didn’t really quit. I completed what was enough.

I chose to stop when I realised it no longer aligned.

So many of us stay in places β€” jobs, degrees, relationships β€”
that no longer fit who we’re becoming.

Out of fear. Out of pressure. Out of habit.

But sometimes, knowing when to stop is the win.

You don’t need to do more just to please a system, a person, or your own ego.

You don’t need more degrees to be enough.

You need clarity. Courage. And the permission to say:

β€œThis is enough. Now I get to live it.”

πŸŽ“ PGDip. Real life. Real purpose.

That’s enough for me, in this moment.

What’s enough for you? ❀️

For so long, I thought I was doing life β€œright”… but my body was screaming otherwise. πŸ—£οΈ

Chronic stress. Burnout. Always in β€œdo more” mode.
I never gave myself space to just be.

And only recently I realised… I was trying to live in a world that was never designed for my rhythm.

Most studies out there are based on men.

Why? Because our hormones β€œget in the way”.

But our cycle is our power. 🩸

We move through four inner seasons every month and no one ever taught us how to honour that.

Until I found this course with Usha from .

It changed everything.
I reconnected with my womb. I began understanding my body on a level I didn’t even know was possible.
And for the first time, I felt seen. I felt understood. I felt home.

This diploma wasn’t just a certificate; it was a reclamation.
A return to myself.
And the best part? I wasn’t alone. I met the most beautiful, like-minded women. We cried, laughed, and held space for each other like sisters.

I’m still learning. Still unlearning.
But I know now that I want to live in alignment, not resistance.

And I can’t wait to share this journey with more women who are tired of forcing themselves into a mould that was never made for them.

If you’ve been feeling the same… this is your sign.
Come home to yourself.

Went to see live and… wow. 🀩
Manifest had already changed my life but…
Her new book Confidence hit home on so many levels.

I’ve always struggled with people-pleasing β€” trying to be liked, trying to fit in.
But moving to London was a turning point for me.
It forced me to step up, speak up, and slowly build real confidence.

What I love about her message is how she breaks it down:
Confidence is something you remember and rebuild.
It’s a skill.
And the wild thing is… we were all born with it.
We just forgot.

Confidence isn’t about not being afraid.
It’s about feeling the fear and doing it anyway.
Trusting that who you are is enough β€” no matter what anyone thinks.

This has been a big part of my own journey lately, unlearning the people-pleasing and choosing self-trust instead.
Still learning.
Still growing.

If you’re on a similar path, I highly recommend her book and podcast β€” full of gems.

What’s one thing that helped you start building your confidence?

✨ Lessons from some of life-changing talks and retreats I’ve experienced ⬆️

I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the greatest minds in healing, mindset, and personal growth. In these pictures are some of the biggest lessons I’ve taken from each experience.

Every experience shaped me in ways I never expected. Healing is a journey that never truly ends, but always leads to a stronger, wiser, and more aligned version of ourselves.

It’s probably the best investment that we can do in ourselves! 🩡

Which of these lessons resonates most with you?

Step into Cynthia’s world in Never Give Up on Me, a deeply moving memoir of self-discovery, resilience, and the pursuit of hope. Through the pages of her diary, Cynthia shares her journey as she immigrates to a new country, facing the highs and lows of life - navigating relationships, financial struggles, and the quest to achieve some of her dreams.

As she battles inner doubts and external challenges, Cynthia is forced to confront the ultimate question:

When is it time to let go of what no longer serves us?

In learning to embrace self-love and forgiveness, she discovers that growth often blooms from the hardest moments.

More than a story, Never Give Up on Me is an inspiring reminder of the power of perseverance and the importance of finding strength within ourselves. It’s a call to anyone searching for healing, hope, and a reason to never give up.

πŸ“œRead that again.

So many of us are taught to prioritise everything and everyone else first - our jobs, our families, our goals, even how we appear to the world.

We believe that if we work hard enough, give enough, or achieve enough, life will magically fall into place. But here’s the truth: if you’re running on empty, it doesn’t matter how much you give or achieve. Eventually, you’ll crash.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish; it’s foundational. When you’re connected to your true self - mentally, emotionally, and physically - you create stability in every other part of your life.

When you ignore your needs, you’re not just hurting yourself - you’re unintentionally breaking the things you’re working so hard to protect.

It’s not always easy to prioritise yourself.
Society might tell you that rest is laziness or that self-care is indulgence.
But the reality is, healing and taking care of yourself are some of the hardest and most courageous things you can do.

When you take the time to check in with yourself, to set boundaries, to rest, to grow, you start to show up as the version of you that’s meant to thrive - not just survive.

And when that happens, your relationships improve, your goals become clearer, and the chaos around you starts to feel more manageable.

Ask yourself today:
What do I need?
What would it look like to put myself first for once?
You’re not just doing it for you - you’re doing it for the life you’re trying to build.

Remember: You are the creator. You are your foundation. If you fall apart, everything else follows. Take care of yourself first, always. 🩡

⬇️ Every challenge leaves its mark, but those scars hold lessons in resilience.

When we face loss, it’s natural to feel like we’ve left pieces of ourselves behind.

Ignoring that grief only traps us in its shadow, holding us back from moving forward.

Healing begins when we acknowledge the pain, allow ourselves to sit with it, and truly feel it - only then can we let it go.

Your scars aren’t signs of weakness; they’re reminders of battles fought and survived.

What’s the scar that still lingers for you?

Maybe it’s time to face it and start the healing process.

⬇️Yesterday was 11:11, a number many consider magical.

Science shows that what we tell our minds, our brains will find ways to confirm. Often, we live in a frequency of blame - pointing fingers at the system, the world, everything around us. But what if we choose to see the good? 🌱

Today, I’m challenging myself to look at the things I criticise with a lens of compassion.

I am the creator of my life.
I can live in victim energy or creator energy.

When we shift into the creator frequency, we realise we’re responsible for everything around us. 🌍 If I want change, I know it starts with me.

So, here’s the question: what can we change in ourselves today to transform the world around us? ✨

πŸ¦‹ In the last 4 of years, my focus has been on healing and forgiveness.

I’m taking this time to gently release old wounds, make peace with the past, and let go of the weight I’ve been carrying for too long.

Since then, I have been feeling lighter, ready to receive whatever the universe has in store for me. 🌌✨

Healing isn’t always easy; it means facing pain, forgiving ourselves and others, and allowing our hearts to open again.

But it’s in this openness that true growth begins. πŸŒ±πŸ’«

What would your life look like if you chose to forgive and make room for something new?

➑️ Knowing your worth is the foundation of every strong boundary.

🌱 It’s okay to be kind, but remember - kindness doesn’t mean giving others unlimited access to your energy.

Being nice often comes from wanting approval, but being kind is about compassion with self-respect.

Start by valuing your own strengths and speaking up when needed; you’ll be surprised how empowering it feels. πŸ’ͺ✨

Advice: Practice saying β€˜no’ with grace and β€˜yes’ with intention. Recognise your limits and embrace the freedom that boundaries bring.
