After witnessing the incredible and the very best moment at the in person last week, it only seemed right to make Saturday's partner workout pay homage to and his programming. It worked a treat and was a sweaty test! Well done all of our members who embraced the challenge. Sorry about those pinch grip plate holds. Great work in helping us create a beast of a workout.

Last Day, Best Day. What an unbelievable week in Madison with the best people all pulling in the same direction. 2018 was special, 2022 was extra-special. I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to do what I have just done. Now back to to spread the joy and ride the wave of inspiration!

CFGAMES 2022 DAY 3 - A real I was there moment. When the last lady () was struggling to finish The Capitol event today, the whole of the CrossFit Community got behind her and pushed her over the finish line. Nevermind about the people who won this event, today will be forever be remembered as the day the Community of CrossFit got to give their inspiratioal athletes a helping hand climbing up their daily grind. What a stunning event, beautifully covered. deserves a massive fist bump for the programming of the games so far. Very unknown and very unknowable.

on tour.... 1st stop in Madison is . The place is rammed to the rafters with athletes finishing up their prep for the Games. Also a lot of us non games 'athletes' ridinf the wave of inspiration. Probably the only thing you might beat at is his mobility score!
