S**t is too easy to be fat in 2026

You can eat sugar everyday and lose weight ⬇️

White sugar spikes your blood sugar, crashes you an hour later, and leaves you craving more. That crash isn’t random, it’s your body reacting to a fast, unstable source of glucose.

Allulose is different. It’s a rare sugar that tastes nearly identical to regular sugar, but your body doesn’t metabolize it the same way. Most of it passes through without being converted to fat or spiking your blood sugar the way white sugar does. Roughly 90% of it exits the body unused.

That means you get the sweetness without the blood sugar rollercoaster, without the same insulin spike, and without feeding the craving cycle that keeps you reaching for more sugar an hour later.

This isn’t about eating sugar-free forever. It’s about swapping the source. Same sweetness, none of the crash.

If you have a sweet tooth and you’re tired of the cycle of craving, giving in, and crashing, this is one of the easiest swaps you can make without changing anything else about how you eat.

Here’s the framework for point 4. 👇

Shredded people don’t stay in a calorie deficit forever. They rotate between three tools depending on what life is actually giving them that week.

Calorie deficit is the Peak tool. It asks the most of you, eating less, more discipline required, real mental bandwidth needed to stick with it. This only works when you actually have the capacity for it, high motivation, low chaos elsewhere.

Body recomposition is the Standard tool. You’re not eating less overall, you’re eating smarter, prioritizing protein and timing your carbs around training. You stay in fat loss without white-knuckling a deficit every single day. This is where most of your year should actually live.

Maintenance is the Floor tool. This is for your worst stretches, high stress at work, no time, no energy. You’re not trying to lose anything here. You’re just protecting what you already built so a bad month doesn’t erase months of progress.

The mistake almost everyone makes is picking one of these and forcing it year round. Deficit forever burns you out. Maintenance forever means you never actually change. Recomp alone works but it’s slower than it needs to be during the windows where you actually have capacity to push.

Shredded people know which tool matches their current capacity, and they switch on purpose. That’s the whole skill.

Save this if you’ve been stuck doing the same one all year without knowing why it stopped working.

Here’s the actual cycle that works

calorie deficit, then maintenance, then a lean bulk, then back to deficit. Not deficit forever until you burn out and binge for two weeks, then start over from scratch. That start-stop cycle is why so many people spend years going nowhere.

A deficit isn’t meant to run indefinitely. There’s a ceiling, generally you don’t want to sit in a deficit for more than 6 months straight. Push past that and you’re not just risking a binge, you’re looking at metabolic slowdown, hormonal disruption, and losing the muscle you worked to build, not just the fat.

A sustainable structure looks something like: 4 weeks in a deficit, 2 to 3 days at maintenance, 3 to 4 days in a lean bulk, then back into the deficit. The exact timing shifts person to person, but the principle doesn’t: your body needs the maintenance and lean bulk phases to recover before you ask it for another deficit.

Once you understand this is a cycle and not a straight line, everything changes. You stop treating a maintenance week as failure. You stop panicking when the scale doesn’t move for a few days. You know exactly where you are in the process instead of white-knuckling a deficit until you break.

This is the difference between people who yo-yo for years and people who actually keep the results.
