This week, the children enjoyed exploring our airport small world setup, using their imaginations to create exciting journeys and adventures.
From take-offs and landings to snowy rescues, there were lots of stories, conversations and imaginative play taking place! 🌍✨

The children enjoyed exploring floating and sinking during our water play activities this week. Using boats, bridges and ducks, they experimented, imagined and worked together while developing their problem-solving skills. 🐥🌊

🚗🏁 This week in our playgroup, the children enjoyed exploring our mini race track!
They explored speed, ramps and movement as they raced cars down different tracks, predicting which car would go the fastest.

📚✨ On Monday we celebrated World Book Day at our outdoor playgroup!
The children explored activities inspired by some of our favourite stories, bringing books to life through play in the great outdoors.
🐻 We’re Going on a Bear Hunt — exploring different textures and environments through sensory play.
🦁 Dear Zoo — small world animals and playdough helped children retell the story and talk about the animals.
🐯 The Tiger Who Came to Tea — tea bags, cups and role play resources for imaginative storytelling.
🐛 The Very Hungry Caterpillar — colourful painting and creative mark making.
These invitations to play support children to develop language, storytelling, creativity and a love of reading as they explore stories in their own way.
