Answer time... I'll let you into a secret..Water is my main drink. I have one coffee a day, I dislike tea & most hot drinks, so actually this isn't hard. But I do need some reminders.
One of you asked me the question of how I make sure I drink enough water.. so here are my top tips to share my active reminders I've built up over the years.
Because, yes, I still have the continual conversation in my head about drinking enough water. We can talk about the benefits and and and... another time.

An often asked question. Of which there are so many answers... To learn them all you'll need to join my Zoom classes.
If we aren't used to weight-bearing on our wrists, if we have incorrect position so the load if off balance, then it can be tricky.
As we age, if we have injuries, or hyper-mobile joints, then weight bearing can be tricky especially to start with, and needs some love and care to help build up.
We practice this a lot in my classes, always with care and precision. If you want to start building up your wrist strength then my classes are ideal for you to explore, play, go gently.
