Iāve tried so many pre workouts that leave you feeling itchy and irritated post workout. This advanced pre-workout is definitely the best Iāve tried!

I would highly recommend to anyone who works out early doors especially!

Throwing it back to top set of 171x4 last week on my current programming. Having to remind myself this is a sub maximal programme as the temptation to go heavier is always there. Deload week this week then we go again next week!
