✨✨5 Week Transformation ✨✨
Lost 9 pounds & My Sun tan!!! ☀️

So where do I start this with transformation….. I injured my wrist badly & couldn’t train properly for 3 months… so I started putting on weight as I wasn’t staying on plan either due to not training.. then I went on holiday to Greece for 2 & half weeks & ate everything in sight.. even when I was full up I was eating everyone’s left overs! I lost my head 🤯😂 yes everyone gets these moments we’re HUMAN! In Greece I had 12 sessions of physio on my wrist & it really helped so I couldn’t wait to get back home & train again!
Anyways as soon as I got back i started training & smashed my nutrition plan.. I stayed away from alcohol as this wouldn’t help my goals…. I did this for 5 weeks & THIS HAPPENED!! 😍😍😍
I feel myself again!!! I feel great, confident & I’m going to keep smashing my goals! Having injuries can really push you back so please be careful when workout out. I injured my wrist from boxing.
People fall off track all the time it’s normal!!!…. But It’s so important to get back onit straight away instead of letting yourself go & feeling less confident day by day & not doing anything about it!!
Now I’ve invested in a coach myself! I’m so busy with my clients plans that I don’t have time to focus on myself so having someone to answer to will get me to the next level 🙌🏼 can’t wait to see more results!!! I’m aiming to do a photo shoot at the end of my transformation with … Excited 🙌🏼🔥🍑

Sticking to the right nutrition & Training plan for you ✨💪🏼
On the left is eating “healthy” but no consistency with food & training a few times a week.
On the right is sticking to the nutrition plan & weight training with little cardio.
99% clients come to me because they are not happy the way they feel & look & the reason for this comes down to consistency & following the right plan.

Being consistent with your nutrition & in the gym is so important. Commitment to a regular workout regimen will increase your fitness level, improve your health & strength and & great for your mental well being…

4 weeks difference 🔥
I injured my wrist for 10 weeks & couldn’t train how I wanted too.. went on holiday & eat everything so I came back from Greece & thought that’s it…. I’m getting my head in the game & getting back to feeling good again…
9 pounds down already & I’ve fitted back into my old shorts that I haven’t worn for years. SO HAPPY 😍😍
Waking up everyday & feeling good in your body is the best feeling you can ever ask for!

Set your goals that you wish to achieve. Be realistic!
Make exercising a habit in your daily routine, it helps when you workout at the same time everyday.
Don’t make excuses, your health is a priority. Make exercise a lifestyle!!!
You will find it hard to lose body fat if you are secretly eating or drinking every weekend. Enjoy your life 💯 but it’s all about moderation. If you are drinking every weekend & eating McDonald’s on the way home then the next day is a right off too then unfortunately you will struggle to see results! Be strict with yourself and results will come. 💯🙌🏼
