Principle #1 - Mindful Leadership

Leadership is not just about how you treat others but also how you take care of yourself.

Being in charge is not about calling the shots, it's about taking care of those that look to you for guidance, empowering them to learn their own way whilst avoiding unnecessary pitfalls

Mindful leadership is at the core of my teaching, is fused into my coaching style and is the seat of all my writing.

Personally, if it wasn't for my own journey into mindfulness and my learnt ability to leverage it for my own wellbeing, it is quite likely I wouldn't be here today to share with you

Mindful Leadership is about leading with awareness, empathy, and a commitment to the continued wellbeing of yourself and those around you

Principle #2 - Constant Growth

By definition, "growth", is conquering something beyond the boundary of our comfort zone

Naturally this can feel just as exciting as it does scary, and can frequently feel uncomfortable (until you find comfort in the uncomfortable moments)

Growth is never by mere chance, it is always the result of multiple forces working together and always because of a metaphorical 'burning platform'

In my journey I've realized that continuous growth isn't a strategy - it's a necessity.

Whether you're refining a your personal or professional life it is continuing to developing your personal skills, your emotional awareness, your mindset and your approach to life that drives ongoing improvement & success.

Life is growth, always ascending your energy to greater heights, spiralling upwards, evolving, with lots of forward movement.

Change isn't just a one-off event... it's a process

Let me explain 👇🏽

At the heart of every transformation lies systemic change, and without it, no real lasting change is possible.

Deep, impactful, and long-lasting change is about shifting the very foundations that govern how we think, act, and interact

My professional journey in systemic change began when i became the change agents for FTSE100 companies. This is where I learned that to truly transform, we must rethink our underlying assumptions and apply this new thinking to the strategies we implement.

Personally, systemic change became my focus when i decided that i was worth more than the criminal lifestyle i fell into from 17 to 19 years old. Systemic change puts you in control of your future, and only ends when you say so.

Once you've learnt how to systemically change, you are finally in control of your own experience, empowered to navigate life on your own terms.

🔍 Why do you need to understand systemic change?

Surface-level solutions are like band-aids on a broken water pipe (they wont hold for long!)

True progress requires us to go deeper, challenging our limiting beliefs and redesigning our approach, so that we can design & realise the life we truly want.
