23 years of elite sport at the highest level and now a fitness coach but I’ve never had a 6-pack!? 🤨

To me and my clients fitness is more than 6-packs and tracking food!

Since being an athlete and even now as a fitness enthusiast and coach it’s never been a goal of mine to have a 6-pack, the real goal is to be strong, confident and live a life that I am proud of!

What does that look like?

Train with purpose, train with friends, be strong and confident, eat out and enjoy food and still be able to hang with the best of them in fitness and socially!

I eat what I want, when I want and how I want with the knowledge of how to adjust so I don’t over consume. I drink on occasions and if the vibe fits!

You can feel confident and healthy without having to live with all these restrictions!

we are a group of people living life to the fullest and striving for the best!

We aren’t for everyone and everyone isn’t for us, but you might be!

I was an elite gymnast for most of my life!

Competed for GB and Jamaica. Trained full time, travelled the world, stood on podiums (sometimes) all of that.

When it ended I felt completely lost…..

No one really prepares you for what comes after sport.

You go from being in a structured, intense environment every day to trying to figure out who you are without the training, the comps and the routine.

That’s where Growth Club came from.

It wasn’t some big business plan.

I just needed a space to talk about what’s next without pretending I had it all figured out.

I wanted to stay me. But still grow, still earn, still build something meaningful.

Now, it’s turned into something I’m proud of.

It’s for athletes who don’t want to let go of that drive,
but are ready to channel it into something new.

If you’re figuring it out after sport or just thinking about what’s next, you’re not on your own.

Spending time together becomes more and more important, the industries we are in means early mornings, late nights and a lot of travel!

There is a huge glorification for the hustle mentality these days, grind hard, no days off and be non stop.

Don’t get me wrong I’m all for the grind, I love it…but it’s important to take the time to connect, with you people, your partner, your friends and family.

You will be surprised at how much energy and uplift it can give you from just making a little bit of time.

I’m on a mission to push the Elite Performance Lifestyle and what that really means, connecting is a part of that!

3 tier lifestyle optimisation!

Understanding your gold standard will allow you to reach your goals quicker by staying more consistent and on the road that leads to success!

For example, your gold standard might be 6 training sessions a week, 100% nutrition adherents, recovery and supplements on point and non exercise activities hit!

But we all know life doesn’t always allow for this or work in that way.

So if we want to keep making progress we need to understand that getting as close to that gold standard as possible is the goal.

This may be 4 training sessions a week and 80% adherence, this could be your silver tier.

Once you have this mapped out you can continue to make progress without straying too far away from the track!

This mindset reduces our inputs and we stop doing things that allow us to continue working towards our goals and keep seeing progress!
