U17 World Championships 🇧🇷
A fire in one of the venues meant everything was moved to the finals venue, so my piste was in a hallway😭
Solid poule, 4 wins, 2 defeats (both 5-4), a bye through the L128 but lost my L64 fight to finish 45th.

Great event and good preparation before flying to the Brazil on Friday for the World Champs.

Team ever didn't quite go to plan losing out to the Greeks to come 17th.
Had a great time at the Euros tho and very happy with my individual result, with lots to take forward to the World Championships in Rio 🇧🇷.

U17 European Championships 🇬🇪🤺
Top Brit and Top 32.
3 wins, 3 losses in the poule put me at 62nd seed. I won my L128 fight 15-13, my L64 was crazy as it went to p-black and as I was ranked ahead of the Italian in the European rankings, I won (I knew the rules so was happy to play for this as she was seeded 2nd after the poules but her coach thought it was done on the seedings after the poules. Lots of drama.
Then had Lotti Horvath and was leading for most of the fight til her experience won through and I lost 15-14 in one hell of a battle.
Really happy overall and starting to believe in myself again after a hard season messed up with injury.
Looking forward to teams now.

After 4 years of U17 GB selections, it feels odd that it's over. Solid day with 4 wins, 2 losses in the poule and 2 DE wins took me to the L32 losing out in another close fight 15-13. Pretty happy with my consistency now since coming back from injury. 3 x L32 and 1 L64 at the last 4 internationals.
European Championships 🇬🇪🔜

Samorin 🇸🇰 First EFC of the year. Final placing 43/283.
5 wins, 1 loss in the poule gave me a bye through the l256. Won my l128 fight 15-12 and lost by l64 15-14. Novi Sad 🇷🇸 🔜

Cambridge Winter Tournament 🥇. Great start to the year, my first senior win and good preparation for Samorin 🇸🇰 this weekend

Grenoble EFC. 24/176. After a tough couple of months with a back injury, my back held out and things started coming together. 5 wins, 1 loss in the poules, a bye through the L256 and 2 wins put me into the L32.

FIE Satellite Geneva 🇨🇭
My first senior satellite, got a L64 while being youngest there. Got 2 wins in the poule, losing another 3 by 1 hit got me into the DE's when I won my first against a swiss before losing to Emily Conrad.
