Ajax and Chelsea stuck over Jorrel Hato deal.

Ajax initially wanted €55–60m for Jorrel Hato, but were willing to settle for €50m. Chelsea made an opening offer of €40m, then raised it slightly to €41m, still below Ajax's expectations.

However, due to Ajax's difficult financial position, the club are now considering a total package (including bonuses) worth €43–45m. They fear losing the deal entirely, especially since Hato already has a personal agreement with Chelsea and has made it clear he wants the move.

Ajax also need the funds to strengthen John Heitinga’s squad, so this situation is expected to develop further soon.

Alejandro Garnacho is the easier of the pair to acquire because Manchester United want to sell him. Whereas, Aston Villa want to hand Rogers a new contract. The different scenarios should also mean that Garnacho will be cheaper to buy.
