For Design Miami Frances Palmer and 1882 Ltd. Will debut the Macbeth collection, 3 black basalt vases cast from Palmer’s hand built and thrown master forms. The 3 vases, named after the infamous Macbeth Witches, showcase the beautiful intersection between studio potter and industrial ceramics, with each collaborator showcasing their own particular technical expertise and creativity.

Thank you Emily for asking me to collaborate!

My editors and I wanted to think about the growing season differently. Rather than by months, my new book out May 13th, Life with Flowers: Inspirations and Lessons from the Garden from , is divided into Prevernal, Vernal, Aestival, Serotinal, Autumnal and Hibernal. My hellebores are blooming now, an example of the early Prevernal moment in the garden. Next, the hyacinth, fritillaries, daffodils and tulips will be bursting forth. Please preorder my book wherever you purchase and I hope that it gives you lots of ideas and useful information.
