1 What's the smallest, most effective and most joyful way you've seen a small group (family, team etc) support each other's well being?
My mind has been on Wellbeing a lot in recent weeks as I am working on a project on that topic.
I thought it might be of value to some of you to take you through a series of Appreciative Inquiry questions about your own well being. You might not be able to answer all of them or they might not feel relevant at this time but I am sure one or the other might spark some reactions

Bounce Forward - how is that even possible?
Just as a light arrived at the end of an interminably long tunnel, we were hit last night with the death toll rising to over 100,000.
Optimism and hope can be hard to hold on to in the light of that awful loss.
It may seem insensitive to even try.
But it is my belief that we should. Rather than just marking time till it is all over, why don't we work to make ourselves better, stronger and more engaged with life than before?
Why don't we try to build our relations back stronger?
Make our communities better?
I am offering 3 workshops on Bouncing Forward
I am giving my time free to the charity Age Exchange and they are offering these 90 minute sessions at the insane price of £15 per session, £30 if you book all three. All fees go directly to the work AE does with dementia sufferers and their families.

And give them every opportunity to succeed in an organisation that maybe hasn't yet achieved gender parity.
