The sold out event; the packed room. The energy. The testimonials.

I dressed up nicely and came to present.
That is literally all I did on the day.

❤️‍🔥Every single thing that made that event what it was, the logistics, the experience, the details, the problems that were solved before I even knew they existed, that was the people in this picture, plus others spread across the UK, USA, South Africa and Germany. And take note, they aren’t being paid to do this; they have embodied the vision and are the pillars of the Marketplace Christian Network

I did not build Business and Breakfast 2.0.
We did.
And that distinction is everything.

The people you see in this picture(plus the others who aren’t here) are not just a team to me; they are partners; they are Pillars.

And Business and Breakfast 2.0 is their achievement as much as mine, if not more.

🔥Prayer is a powerful strategy. But it was never meant to be your only one.

🔥I don’t talk about faith in my career because it looks good on a post. I talk about it because I’ve lived it; in rooms where every strategy I knew fell flat, and the only thing that moved the needle was clarity from God.

🔥There were seasons in business and life where networking, hustle, and everything I knew about growth meant nothing. It was hope, faith, and hearing the mind of God on the matter that carried me through.

But here’s the tension I need to name:

❤️‍🔥FAITH IS NOT A WORKAROUND FOR THE WORK.

✨Prayer does not replace the skills you need to dominate your field
✨Your relationship with God is not a substitute for your relationship with people;build your network
✨Faith is not a license to be lazy, avoid accountability, or skip the coaching and counsel you need
✨Believing big without executing smart is just wishful thinking with a good soundtrack
✨The people who truly blend faith and career don’t choose between the altar and the boardroom. They show up fully in both.

❤️‍🔥Work as if it all depends on you.
Pray as if it all depends on God.”
That’s not a contradiction. That’s the formula.

✨Sharpen your skills relentlessly;excellence is an act of worship
✨Invest in mentors, coaches, and your network with intention
✨Seek God for strategy and direction;then execute with full commitment
✨Take responsibility for your results while trusting God with the outcomes
✨God opens doors;but you still have to be ready to walk through them. Don’t make Him carry what He equipped you to lift.

We did something amazing in Accra 🇬🇭 last weekend!

What happened in Accra last weekend was more than an event; it was a divine convergence.

Business & Breakfast 2.0 at the Villa Monticello was a powerful reminder that purpose-driven enterprise is not just about strategy, structure, or scale; it’s about alignment. Alignment with vision. Alignment with values. And most importantly, alignment with God.

We didn’t just gather to talk business development or influence. We created space for something deeper. In that room, conversations turned into connections, and connections became collaborations. There was a shared hunger; not only to grow successful businesses, but to build legacies rooted in faith, integrity, and impact.

The Marketplace Christian Network continues to evolve into more than a community; it is becoming a movement of believers committed to representing Christ boldly in the marketplace while excelling at the highest level.

Being entrusted as the Convener of such a vision is both humbling and deeply inspiring.
