There is SO much information out there telling you what to do.

How to lose weight.
What to eat.
How to build better habits.
How to set goals.
How to be more consistent.

And I’m not saying that information isn’t useful.

But at some point I realised I didn’t need another person telling me WHAT to do.

I needed to understand what was happening when I already knew what to do… and still wasn’t doing it consistently.

Why did uncertainty make me look for another answer?

Why did wanting something in the moment suddenly make yesterday’s decision feel negotiable?

Why could I know exactly what I wanted long term and still behave in ways that didn’t create it?

Why did some things feel like such a bloody battle when, on paper, I knew exactly what to do?

THAT is the stuff I became obsessed with. 👀

Your brain. Your thoughts and feelings. Your habits. Your urges. Your expectations. The way you see yourself. All the human stuff happening underneath the behaviour.

Because everyone can show you what to do.

I want to show you what’s been happening when you try to actually DO it.

And that’s exactly what my new audio course Done With The Drama is about. 🔥

It’s coming very soon. 👀

There is SO much happening underneath the things you do around food and your weight that has absolutely nothing to do with needing another weight loss method. 👀

Your brain.
Your thoughts and feelings.
Your habits.
Your urges.
The drama you accidentally create around things that could be much less bloody dramatic. 😂

And once you start SEEING all of that?

You have so much more to work with than “I just need to try harder.”

This is exactly the stuff I’m teaching inside Done With The Drama.

My new audio course is coming soon 🔥

If you’re a bit sick of your own bu****it and would quite like to understand what’s actually going on underneath it, keep your eyes peeled. 👀😂

And THIS is why I’m so interested in what’s happening underneath the behaviour. 👀

Thoughts. Feelings. Habits. Urges. Resistance. Identity. All the human s**t. 😂

That’s what Done With The Drama is about.

I think there’s a massive difference between caring about your weight…

and your weight getting a vote on how you feel about yourself, what you eat next, whether you trust yourself, or whether today gets filed under “good” or “f***ed it.” 😂

You don’t have to pretend you don’t care.

You don’t have to stop wanting to lose weight.

And if you’ve already lost it, you don’t have to stop caring about maintaining it either.

I’m much more interested in all the EXTRA s**t that’s managed to attach itself to it.

The negotiating.

The judgement.

The fear of losing control.

The urge that suddenly feels very important.

The scale number that somehow gets promoted to Head of Mood for the day. 💀

The feeling that you have to keep a really tight grip on yourself or everything might unravel.

THAT’S the stuff I want to work on.

Because you can care.

You can have preferences.

You can have goals.

And we can still make the whole bloody thing considerably less dramatic. 🥳

So I’m curious…

What part of food or weight would you LOVE to give fewer fs about, without having to stop caring altogether?

Tell me below. I have a feeling your answers are going to give me a LOT to talk about. 😂🔥

The annoying thing is, the stuff we do that makes absolutely NO sense afterwards usually made perfect sense at the time. 😂

“I’ll do it tomorrow.”

“I need to think about it a bit more.”

“I’ve had a crap day, I want something.”

“I’m not sure this is working.”

“I’ll start again properly next week.”

In the moment, you’re probably not thinking:

“Ah yes, here I am sneakily making it harder to get the thing I REALLY want.” 😂

There’s a reason that thought sounded convincing.

There’s a reason doing that thing felt like the better option.

And THAT is far more interesting to me than deciding you need to try harder next time.

Because when you start understanding what’s happening in those moments, your behaviour stops feeling quite so bloody baffling.

This is the kind of thing I could get VERY geeky about 😂 and it’s exactly what I’ve been digging into while recording my new audio course, Done With The Drama.

It’s coming soon, so if you want me to let you know when it’s ready, comment DRAMA and I will. 👀
