Beginnings... or being new... or doing something for the first time - it's usually hard.
But we've all been there and come out the other side, so no doubt, we can do it!
My first day as a manager when I stood in front of my new team - so confident but clueless! 😎
Just like posting now for the first time on my newly created FB page, lol! 🤣
Since then, I've taken lots of twists and turns, learned lessons that have led me to this point, where I can share my experience with others.
Keep this in mind and you'll be just fine:
